勞動者違反保密條款給單位造成損失,承擔賠償責任嗎?

答 《勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同法》第90條規定:勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)違反(fan)(fan)本(ben)法規定解除(chu)(chu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同,或(huo)(huo)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)違反(fan)(fan)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同中(zhong)約定的保(bao)密義務或(huo)(huo)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)競業限制,給用(yong)人單位造成損失的,應當承擔賠(pei)(pei)償責任。 勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)違反(fan)(fan)本(ben)法規定解除(chu)(chu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同主要指,未(wei)提前30日書面通知用(yong)人單位解除(chu)(chu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同。賠(pei)(pei)償責任指的是(shi)賠(pei)(pei)償下列費用(yong): (1)招錄費用(yong); (2)培訓費用(yong); (3)合同約定的其他賠(pei)(pei)償
