勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)同(tong)時與其他(ta)用(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)建立勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系,對完成(cheng)(cheng)本單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)的工作任務(wu)造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)嚴重影(ying)響,或者(zhe)(zhe)經用(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)提出,拒不改正的,用(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)可以(yi)解除(chu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)。 勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)與其他(ta)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)建立勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(以(yi)下簡(jian)稱“兼職(zhi)(zhi)”),用(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)解除(chu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)的,需要具備以(yi)下條(tiao)件之一(yi): (1)兼職(zhi)(zhi)對完成(cheng)(cheng)本單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)工作任務(wu)造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)嚴重影(ying)響; (2)用(yong)人單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)對兼職(zhi)(zhi)提出反對意見(jian),勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)拒不改正。
