企業可以隨便給員工規定試用期嗎?

根據《勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)法》第(di)19條規(gui)定,勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)期(qi)限(xian)(xian)(xian)不同(tong),試用期(qi)的(de)長短也不同(tong):勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)期(qi)限(xian)(xian)(xian)三個月以(yi)上(shang)不滿(man)一年(nian)的(de),試用期(qi)不得(de)超(chao)過一個月;勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)期(qi)限(xian)(xian)(xian)一年(nian)以(yi)上(shang)不滿(man)三年(nian)的(de),試用期(qi)不得(de)超(chao)過二個月;三年(nian)以(yi)上(shang)固(gu)(gu)定期(qi)限(xian)(xian)(xian)和無(wu)固(gu)(gu)定期(qi)限(xian)(xian)(xian)的(de)勞(lao)動(dong)合同(tong),試用期(qi)不得(de)超(chao)過六個月。
