企業可以隨便給員工規定試用期嗎?

最近找了一份新工(gong)(gong)作,工(gong)(gong)作三(san)四個月了,還沒給我轉正,企業可(ke)以(yi)隨便給員工(gong)(gong)規定試用期嗎?

根據《勞(lao)(lao)動合同(tong)法》第(di)19條規定(ding),勞(lao)(lao)動合同(tong)期限不(bu)同(tong),試(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)期的長短也不(bu)同(tong):勞(lao)(lao)動合同(tong)期限三個(ge)(ge)月(yue)以上不(bu)滿(man)一年的,試(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)期不(bu)得超(chao)過一個(ge)(ge)月(yue);勞(lao)(lao)動合同(tong)期限一年以上不(bu)滿(man)三年的,試(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)期不(bu)得超(chao)過二個(ge)(ge)月(yue);三年以上固定(ding)期限和無固定(ding)期限的勞(lao)(lao)動合同(tong),試(shi)(shi)(shi)用(yong)期不(bu)得超(chao)過六個(ge)(ge)月(yue)。
