勞動者需要向用人單位賠哪些錢?

答 勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者違(wei)反勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)的(de)(de)約(yue)定(ding),在合同(tong)到期之(zhi)前解除勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同(tong),對用(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位造(zao)成損(sun)失的(de)(de),勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者應賠償(chang)用(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位下(xia)列損(sun)失: (1)用(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位招收錄用(yong)(yong)(yong)其(qi)所支付的(de)(de)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong); (2)用(yong)(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位為其(qi)支付的(de)(de)培訓費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong),雙方另有約(yue)定(ding)的(de)(de)按約(yue)定(ding)辦理; (3)對生產、經(jing)營和(he)工作造(zao)成的(de)(de)直(zhi)接(jie)經(jing)濟損(sun)失; (4)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)約(yue)定(ding)的(de)(de)其(qi)他賠償(chang)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。
