提前簽訂勞動合同,勞動關系從何時起算?

我(wo)是一名山大畢業的(de)學生(sheng),在我(wo)實習(xi)的(de)時(shi)候,就與濟南一家公司簽了勞動(dong)合(he)同(tong),提(ti)前(qian)簽訂(ding)勞動(dong)合(he)同(tong),勞動(dong)關系從何時(shi)起算?

根據《勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同法》第10條(tiao)規定:用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)與勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)者在用(yong)(yong)工(gong)前訂立勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同的,勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)關系自(zi)用(yong)(yong)工(gong)之日起建(jian)立。將(jiang)畢業的在校大學(xue)生畢業前與用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)提前簽訂了(le)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同,其勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)關系也從正式(shi)上班之日起計(ji)算。
