我們公司(si)規定職工“無年假”,不知道法律對于公司(si)提(ti)出的(de)“無年假”是如何規定的(de)?

根(gen)據《職工(gong)(gong)帶薪年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)(jia)條例》規定,單位確因工(gong)(gong)作需要不能安(an)排職工(gong)(gong)休(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)(nian)假(jia)(jia)的,經(jing)職工(gong)(gong)本人同意,可以(yi)不安(an)排職工(gong)(gong)休(xiu)(xiu)年(nian)(nian)假(jia)(jia)。對(dui)職工(gong)(gong)應(ying)休(xiu)(xiu)未(wei)休(xiu)(xiu)的年(nian)(nian)假(jia)(jia)天數(shu),單位應(ying)按該職工(gong)(gong)日工(gong)(gong)資(zi)收入的300%支付年(nian)(nian)假(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)報酬(chou)。
