用人單位在(zai)招聘員工(gong)時哪些內容(rong)應(ying)該告訴(su)求職(zhi)者,關(guan)于這些法律(lv)有規定嗎(ma)?

根據我的(de)(de)了(le)解(jie),《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同法》第八條規定,“用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)位招用(yong)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者時,應(ying)當如實告知勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者工(gong)作(zuo)內容、工(gong)作(zuo)條件(jian)、工(gong)作(zuo)地點、職(zhi)業危(wei)害、安(an)全生(sheng)(sheng)產狀(zhuang)況、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)報(bao)酬(chou),以及勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者要求(qiu)了(le)解(jie)的(de)(de)其他情況”。也就是說,在應(ying)聘時,大學畢業生(sheng)(sheng)有權了(le)解(jie)用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)位的(de)(de)基(ji)本情況、自己的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)內容和勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)報(bao)酬(chou)等;此(ci)外(wai),用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單(dan)(dan)位還應(ying)當根據勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者的(de)(de)要求(qiu),及時向其反饋是否(fou)錄用(yong)的(de)(de)情況。
