我們公司規定,事假1天扣2天工資,這樣合理嗎?符合法律規定嗎?

我(wo)在(zai)一家銷售(shou)公(gong)司上班,我(wo)們公(gong)司規定,事假1天扣2天工(gong)資(zi),請問這樣(yang)的規定是(shi)合理的嗎?

當(dang)然是不(bu)合理的。根據(ju)我國《勞動(dong)合同法(fa)》中的相關規(gui)定(ding)(ding),用人單(dan)位在勞動(dong)者請(qing)(qing)假事時,有權不(bu)支付工(gong)資(zi)(zi),但卻不(bu)能隨(sui)意(yi)亂扣。因(yin)為折算日工(gong)資(zi)(zi)、小(xiao)時工(gong)資(zi)(zi)時不(bu)剔除國家(jia)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)的11天(tian)(tian)法(fa)定(ding)(ding)節假日,所以(yi)日工(gong)資(zi)(zi)=月工(gong)資(zi)(zi)收入÷月計薪(xin)天(tian)(tian)數(shu)21.75天(tian)(tian)。也就是說(shuo),即使請(qing)(qing)事假,用人單(dan)位也只能扣除當(dang)天(tian)(tian)的薪(xin)資(zi)(zi)。
