用工單位應該對派遣員工履行什么義務?

答 根據勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同法第(di)62條(tiao)(tiao)規定:用工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)單位(wei)應(ying)(ying)當履行下列義務: (1)執(zhi)行國家勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)標準,提供相(xiang)應(ying)(ying)的(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)條(tiao)(tiao)件和勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)保護; (2)告知被派(pai)(pai)遣(qian)(qian)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作要求(qiu)和勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)報(bao)酬(chou); (3)支(zhi)付加(jia)班費、績效獎金,提供與工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作崗(gang)位(wei)相(xiang)關(guan)的(de)福利(li)待遇; (4)對(dui)在崗(gang)被派(pai)(pai)遣(qian)(qian)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者進行工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作崗(gang)位(wei)所必需(xu)的(de)培(pei)訓(xun); (5)連續用工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de),實(shi)行正常的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資調整機(ji)制; (6)用工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)單位(wei)不得(de)將被派(pai)(pai)遣(qian)(qian)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者再派(pai)(pai)遣(qian)(qian)到其他用人(ren)單位(wei)。
