我(wo)是一名文員,現在正在濟南工(gong)作,員工(gong)自動離(li)職(zhi)還能享受經濟補償金嗎?

根據我國有關(guan)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)法律,勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)主動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)提出解(jie)除(chu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)不能享受經(jing)(jing)濟補償金。但是,用人單位有下列情形之一,侵害(hai)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)合(he)法權益,迫使(shi)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)提出解(jie)除(chu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de),用人單位應當向勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)支(zhi)付(fu)(fu)(fu)經(jing)(jing)濟補償: 1、以暴(bao)力、威脅或非法限制人身自由的(de)(de)手段強(qiang)迫勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)(de); 2、未按照(zhao)了;勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)約(yue)定支(zhi)付(fu)(fu)(fu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)報酬或者(zhe)提供勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)條件(jian)的(de)(de); 3、克扣或者(zhe)拖欠(qian)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)的(de)(de); 4、拒不支(zhi)付(fu)(fu)(fu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)延長工(gong)(gong)(gong)作時間工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)報酬的(de)(de); 5、低于當地(di)最低工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準支(zhi)付(fu)(fu)(fu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)的(de)(de)
