答 勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同法規(gui)定,勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)不能勝(sheng)任(ren)工(gong)作,經過(guo)培訓或者(zhe)調(diao)整(zheng)工(gong)作崗位(wei)(wei),仍不能勝(sheng)任(ren)工(gong)作的,用(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位(wei)(wei)提前三十日以書(shu)面形(xing)式通知勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)本(ben)人(ren)(ren)或者(zhe)額(e)外支付勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)一個月工(gong)資后,可以解除(chu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同。
