我以前在(zai)公司屬于臨時工,現在(zai)轉(zhuan)正了,想咨詢一下,臨時工轉(zhuan)為勞動合(he)同制職工后工齡(ling)怎么算啊(a)?

國家和社會(hui)(hui)保(bao)障(zhang)部(bu)辦公廳對此發文(勞(lao)社廳函[2002]323號(hao))規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding): 對按(an)照有關規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)招(zhao)用的(de)(de)臨時工(gong),轉為(wei)(wei)企(qi)業勞(lao)動合同制工(gong)人的(de)(de),其最后(hou)一次在本企(qi)業從事臨時工(gong)的(de)(de)工(gong)作時間(jian)與被招(zhao)收為(wei)(wei)勞(lao)動合同制工(gong)人后(hou)的(de)(de)工(gong)作時間(jian)可(ke)合并計(ji)算(suan)為(wei)(wei)連(lian)續工(gong)齡(ling)。在當地(di)(di)實(shi)行(xing)養(yang)老(lao)保(bao)險社會(hui)(hui)統籌前的(de)(de)臨時工(gong)期間(jian)的(de)(de)連(lian)續工(gong)齡(ling),可(ke)視同繳費年限(xian);在當地(di)(di)實(shi)行(xing)養(yang)老(lao)保(bao)險社會(hui)(hui)統籌后(hou)的(de)(de)臨時工(gong)期間(jian)的(de)(de)連(lian)續工(gong)齡(ling),要按(an)規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(ding)繳納(na)養(yang)老(lao)保(bao)險費、計(ji)算(suan)繳費年限(xian),沒(mei)有繳納(na)養(yang)老(lao)保(bao)險費的(de)(de),不能計(ji)算(suan)視同繳費年限(xian)或繳費年限(xian)。
