答 因(yin)(yin)勞動(dong)(dong)者本人(ren)(ren)原(yuan)因(yin)(yin)給(gei)用人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位造成經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)損(sun)失的,用人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位可按照勞動(dong)(dong)合同的約定要求(qiu)其賠(pei)償經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)損(sun)失。經(jing)(jing)濟(ji)損(sun)失的賠(pei)償,可從勞動(dong)(dong)者本人(ren)(ren)的工(gong)資中扣除。但每月扣除的部(bu)分不(bu)得超過勞動(dong)(dong)者當月工(gong)資的20%。若(ruo)扣除后的剩余工(gong)資部(bu)分低(di)(di)于(yu)當地(di)月最(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)資標準(zhun),則按最(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)資標準(zhun)支付。
