為了保護勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者,法(fa)律(lv)中對于用人雙方(fang)的信息披露(lu)要(yao)求是不對等的。《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)法(fa)》第八條規定:“用人單位(wei)招(zhao)用勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者時,應當(dang)(dang)如實告知勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者工作內(nei)容、工作條件、工作地點(dian)、職業危(wei)害、安全(quan)生(sheng)產狀況、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)報酬,以及勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者要(yao)求了解的其(qi)他(ta)情況;用人單位(wei)有(you)權(quan)了解勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者與勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合同(tong)直接相關的基本情況,勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)者應當(dang)(dang)如實說明。”
