答(da) 根(gen)據(ju)我國勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)法規定,非全(quan)日(ri)制用(yong)(yong)工(gong),是指以小時計酬為主,勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者在同(tong)一(yi)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單位一(yi)般平均每日(ri)工(gong)作時間不(bu)超過四小時,每周工(gong)作時間累計不(bu)超過二十四小時的用(yong)(yong)工(gong)形式(shi)。非全(quan)日(ri)制用(yong)(yong)工(gong)雙方當事人(ren)任何一(yi)方都可以隨(sui)時通知對方終止用(yong)(yong)功。終止用(yong)(yong)工(gong),用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單位不(bu)向勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者支付經(jing)濟賠償。但需注(zhu)意(yi)一(yi)點就是勞(lao)(lao)務(wu)派遣(qian)單位不(bu)得以非全(quan)日(ri)制用(yong)(yong)工(gong)形式(shi)招用(yong)(yong)被派遣(qian)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者。
