答(da) 勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)由用(yong)人單位(wei)(wei)與(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)協(xie)商一致(zhi)，并經用(yong)人單位(wei)(wei)與(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)在勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)文本上簽(qian)字或(huo)者(zhe)蓋章生效。公司(si)讓其他人代(dai)替別人簽(qian)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)是不合(he)法的。勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)必須是需要由勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)本人簽(qian)字確認，才會有法律效力。
