《職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)帶(dai)薪年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)(jia)條(tiao)例》第(di)三(san)條(tiao):職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)累計工(gong)作已滿(man)1年(nian)(nian)(nian)不滿(man)10年(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de),年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)(jia)5天(tian)(tian)(tian);已滿(man)10年(nian)(nian)(nian)不滿(man)20年(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de),年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)(jia)10天(tian)(tian)(tian);已滿(man)20年(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de),年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)(jia)15天(tian)(tian)(tian)。 《企業職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)帶(dai)薪年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)(jia)實施辦法(fa)》第(di)三(san)條(tiao):職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)連續工(gong)作滿(man)12個月以(yi)上的(de),享(xiang)受(shou)帶(dai)薪年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)(jia)(以(yi)下簡稱(cheng)年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)(jia))。 第(di)五條(tiao):職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)新(xin)進(jin)用人單位且符合本辦法(fa)第(di)三(san)條(tiao)規定(ding)的(de),當年(nian)(nian)(nian)度(du)年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)(jia)天(tian)(tian)(tian)數(shu)(shu),按(an)照在本單位剩余(yu)日歷(li)天(tian)(tian)(tian)數(shu)(shu)折(zhe)算確定(ding),折(zhe)算后(hou)不足1整天(tian)(tian)(tian)的(de)部分不享(xiang)受(shou)年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)(jia)。前款規定(ding)的(de)折(zhe)算方法(fa)為(wei):(當年(nian)(nian)(nian)度(du)在本單位剩余(yu)日歷(li)天(tian)(tian)(tian)數(shu)(shu)÷365天(tian)(tian)(tian))×職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)本人全(quan)年(nian)(nian)(nian)應當享(xiang)受(shou)的(de)年(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)(jia)天(tian)(tian)(tian)數(shu)(shu)。
