哪些情況單位終止勞動關系不用付補償?

最近聽公(gong)司說跟我同事終止(zhi)了勞(lao)動合同,也沒付補償(chang),哪些情況(kuang)單位終止(zhi)勞(lao)動關(guan)系不用付補償(chang)?

根(gen)據《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)法實施條(tiao)例》第(di)5條(tiao)規定,自用(yong)工之(zhi)日起一(yi)個月內,經用(yong)人單位書(shu)面(mian)通(tong)知(zhi)后,勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者不與用(yong)人單位訂(ding)立書(shu)面(mian)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同(tong)的,用(yong)人單位應當書(shu)面(mian)通(tong)知(zhi)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者終止勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關系,無需向勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者支付經濟補償(chang),但是(shi)應當依法向勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者支付其實際工作(zuo)時間的勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)報酬。
