用人單位招用人員時應如實告知勞動者哪些情況?

我是今年的應屆(jie)畢業生,現在(zai)想咨詢一下,請問用人單位招用人員(yuan)時應如實告知勞動者哪些情況?

答(da) 《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合同法》第八(ba)條(tiao)規定,“用(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)(wei)招用(yong)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者時(shi),應當如實告知(zhi)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)內容(rong)、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)條(tiao)件、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)地點、職業危害、安全生產狀況(kuang)、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)報酬,以及(ji)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者要(yao)求了解(jie)(jie)的(de)其(qi)(qi)他(ta)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)”。也就是說,在(zai)應聘時(shi),大(da)學(xue)畢業生有權了解(jie)(jie)用(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)(wei)的(de)基本(ben)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)、自己的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)內容(rong)和勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)報酬等;此外,用(yong)人單(dan)位(wei)(wei)還應當根(gen)據勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者的(de)要(yao)求,及(ji)時(shi)向(xiang)其(qi)(qi)反饋(kui)是否錄用(yong)的(de)情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。
