《勞動合同法》對于訂立勞動合同是如何規定的?

我最近剛剛參(can)加工作(zuo),不(bu)知道《勞(lao)動合同法》對于訂立勞(lao)動合同是如(ru)何規(gui)定的?

《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)法》明確(que)規定,建立(li)(li)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關系,應當訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)立(li)(li)書(shu)面勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)。已建立(li)(li)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關系,未同(tong)時訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)立(li)(li)書(shu)面勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)的,應當自用工之(zhi)日(ri)起一個月(yue)內訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)立(li)(li)書(shu)面勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)。用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)自用工之(zhi)日(ri)起超過一個月(yue)不(bu)滿(man)一年未與勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)立(li)(li)書(shu)面勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)的,應當向勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者每月(yue)支付二倍的工資。用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)自用工之(zhi)日(ri)起滿(man)一年不(bu)與勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)立(li)(li)書(shu)面勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)的,視為用人(ren)單(dan)位(wei)(wei)(wei)與勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者已訂(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)立(li)(li)無固定期(qi)限勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)(he)(he)同(tong)。
