用人單位可以隨意的調整勞動者在試用期內的工資嗎?

是不(bu)可以的,《勞動(dong)合同法實施(shi)條例》規定:勞動(dong)者在(zai)試(shi)用(yong)期(qi)的工(gong)(gong)資(zi)不(bu)得(de)低于本單位相同崗位最低檔(dang)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)的80%或者不(bu)得(de)低于勞動(dong)合同約定工(gong)(gong)資(zi)的80%,并不(bu)得(de)低于用(yong)人單位所在(zai)地的最低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標準。
