我是(shi)濟(ji)南一家(jia)工廠的(de)普通職工,平時工作挺累的(de),準備申請調(diao)換崗位;請教(jiao)一下:法律規定懷孕(yun)期間不(bu)能從事(shi)哪些工作?

《女(nv)職(zhi)工勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)保護規定(ding)(ding)(ding)》第七條(tiao)規定(ding)(ding)(ding):“女(nv)職(zhi)工在(zai)(zai)懷(huai)孕(yun)期(qi)間(jian),所在(zai)(zai)單位不(bu)(bu)得安排(pai)(pai)其(qi)從事(shi)國家規定(ding)(ding)(ding)的第三(san)級(ji)體力(li)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)強度的勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)和孕(yun)期(qi)禁(jin)忌從事(shi)的勞(lao)動(dong)(dong),不(bu)(bu)得在(zai)(zai)正常勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)日以外延(yan)長勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)時(shi)間(jian);對不(bu)(bu)能勝任原勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)的,應(ying)當(dang)根據(ju)醫務部門的證明,予以減輕(qing)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)量或(huo)者(zhe)安排(pai)(pai)其(qi)他(ta)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)。懷(huai)孕(yun)七個月(yue)以上(含七個月(yue))的女(nv)職(zhi)工,一(yi)般不(bu)(bu)得安排(pai)(pai)其(qi)從事(shi)夜班勞(lao)動(dong)(dong);在(zai)(zai)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)時(shi)間(jian)內(nei)應(ying)當(dang)安排(pai)(pai)一(yi)定(ding)(ding)(ding)的休息時(shi)間(jian)。”
