單位扣押員工的身份證合適嗎?

我是一名應屆畢(bi)業生,現在正在濟南工作,想(xiang)知道單(dan)位扣押員工的身份證(zheng)合適(shi)嗎?

根據(ju)規定(ding),用(yong)人(ren)單位(wei)(wei)違反《勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同法(fa)》規定(ding),扣(kou)押勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)居民身份證(zheng)等證(zheng)件(jian)的,由勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)行(xing)政(zheng)部門(men)責令(ling)限(xian)期退(tui)還勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)本人(ren),并(bing)依(yi)照有關法(fa)律規定(ding)給予處(chu)罰。 另(ling)外(wai),如果(guo)用(yong)人(ren)單位(wei)(wei)以(yi)(yi)擔保或者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)其他名義向勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)收(shou)取財(cai)物的,由勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)行(xing)政(zheng)部門(men)責令(ling)限(xian)期退(tui)還勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)本人(ren),并(bing)以(yi)(yi)每(mei)人(ren)500元以(yi)(yi)上2000元以(yi)(yi)下的標準處(chu)以(yi)(yi)罰款;給勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)造成損害的,應當承擔賠償(chang)責任。 勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)依(yi)法(fa)解除(chu)或者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)終止(zhi)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)合同時(shi),用(yong)人(ren)單位(wei)(wei)扣(kou)押勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)檔案或者(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)其他物品(pin)的,依(yi)照前款規定(ding)處(chu)罰。
