單位統一安排休年假是否合理?

我們(men)公(gong)(gong)司老板和員(yuan)工絕大(da)多數都是外地戶籍,所以每年(nian)春(chun)節前后公(gong)(gong)司會(hui)多放(fang)幾天假。表(biao)面上(shang)是單位照顧員(yuan)工,實際上(shang)是讓(rang)我們(men)把帶薪年(nian)休(xiu)假挪到春(chun)節前后統一休(xiu)了,而且不(bu)論(lun)入(ru)職時(shi)間(jian)長短,休(xiu)的時(shi)間(jian)都一樣(yang)多。請問:公(gong)(gong)司這樣(yang)安(an)排合法嗎(ma)?

根(gen)據《職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)帶薪年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)條(tiao)例》第三條(tiao)規(gui)定:職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)累計工(gong)(gong)作已(yi)(yi)滿(man)(man)1年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)不滿(man)(man)10年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de),年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)5天(tian);已(yi)(yi)滿(man)(man)10年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)不滿(man)(man)20年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de),年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)10天(tian);已(yi)(yi)滿(man)(man)20年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de),年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)15天(tian)。第五(wu)條(tiao)規(gui)定:單位根(gen)據生產、工(gong)(gong)作的(de)具體情(qing)況(kuang),并考慮職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)本人意(yi)愿(yuan),統籌安排(pai)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)休(xiu)(xiu)假(jia)。 所以公司(si)是可以根(gen)據生產、工(gong)(gong)作情(qing)況(kuang)安排(pai)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)假(jia)。
