答(da) 如果合(he)同(tong)(tong)到期,單位就應提出與勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者續(xu)(xu)簽新的(de)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)。如果合(he)同(tong)(tong)到期不續(xu)(xu)簽,就應向勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者支付經濟補(bu)償金。 當然,如果用人單位維(wei)持或者提高(gao)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)約定條件續(xu)(xu)訂勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong),勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者不同(tong)(tong)意續(xu)(xu)訂的(de)情(qing)形除外。
