山東九成職場人需要加班 互聯網行業最“苦逼”

對(dui)于廣大職場(chang)人(ren)來說,“朝九晚(wan)五”是(shi)再(zai)熟悉不過的(de)(de)詞了,那么(me)你是(shi)否知道“996”工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度呢(ni)?顧名思義,“996”工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度指的(de)(de)就(jiu)是(shi):上(shang)班(ban)時(shi)間(jian)從早上(shang)9點到晚(wan)上(shang)9點,每周工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)6天(tian),一周算(suan)下(xia)來是(shi)12*6=72小時(shi),而國家法定(ding)的(de)(de)正(zheng)常工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)為:朝九晚(wan)五,5天(tian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),一周算(suan)下(xia)來是(shi)8*5=40個小時(shi)。也就(jiu)是(shi)說996工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)幾乎是(shi)正(zheng)常工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)的(de)(de)兩倍。據(ju)說,阿里、華為、騰訊等(deng)公司都(dou)在使用這種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)度。那么(me)山東(dong)職場(chang)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)如何呢(ni)?

8小時工作制普遍,周末雙休已成奢求

根據抽取(qu)了省內10萬份企業(ye)樣(yang)本進行分析,由上圖可(ke)見,目前省內大(da)多數企業(ye)提(ti)(ti)供每天8小時(shi)工(gong)作制,其(qi)(qi)提(ti)(ti)供率為61%,而周(zhou)末雙(shuang)休則成為廣大(da)職場人的奢求,其(qi)(qi)提(ti)(ti)供率僅為22%,那么山東職場人每周(zhou)需要工(gong)作時(shi)間是(shi)多少呢?

9成職場人需加班,每天2小時最普遍

通(tong)過上圖來(lai)看,目前山東職場人超9成需(xu)要加(jia)班,有(you)44.68%表示每周(zhou)(zhou)工作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)在(zai)40-50小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi);有(you)28.9%表示每周(zhou)(zhou)工作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)在(zai)50-60小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi);工作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)在(zai)60-70小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)工、70-80小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)和(he)80小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)以上的職場人占(zhan)比(bi)分別為11.8%、3.49%和(he)4.41%。綜(zong)合(he)來(lai)看每天加(jia)班超過2小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)的人,占(zhan)比(bi)已超過7成;已遭(zao)遇(yu)996和(he)997(朝九(jiu)晚九(jiu),每周(zhou)(zhou)工作(zuo)7天)工作(zuo)制的人數(shu)幾(ji)乎接近2成。

加班多、雙休少,IT/互聯網行業最“苦逼”

我們分析了(le)省(sheng)內(nei)8小時工(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)最(zui)低(di)的十個行(xing)業(ye)和雙休提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)最(zui)低(di)的十個行(xing)業(ye),就8小時工(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)來看,IT/互(hu)聯(lian)網行(xing)業(ye)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)最(zui)低(di),其提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)僅(jin)為46.67%,建筑/工(gong)程(cheng)行(xing)業(ye)以(yi)48.22%是提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)位列其次,僅(jin)以(yi)上兩個行(xing)業(ye)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)未超(chao)過50%,除此之(zhi)外電(dian)子(zi)商務(wu)、網絡(luo)游(you)戲行(xing)業(ye)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)也相對較低(di),僅(jin)為50.3%和50.52%。而(er)通過雙休提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)來看,IT/互(hu)聯(lian)網行(xing)業(ye)再(zai)次位列榜(bang)首(shou),其提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)僅(jin)為7.19%,批發零(ling)售(shou)、建筑/工(gong)程(cheng)兩行(xing)業(ye)提(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)也不(bu)足一(yi)成,分別為8.7%和9.6%。

綜合來看,IT/互聯網行業(ye)工(gong)作(zuo)時間最(zui)長(chang),最(zui)為苦逼,這(zhe)也與該(gai)(gai)行業(ye)特性有關,畢竟當前(qian)IT/互聯網行業(ye)中創業(ye)型企業(ye)較多,而企業(ye)創業(ye)初期,需要(yao)搶奪市(shi)場,提高(gao)自身競爭優勢(shi)等(deng),時間緊工(gong)作(zuo)繁(fan)重,這(zhe)都(dou)造(zao)成該(gai)(gai)行業(ye)8小(xiao)時工(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)、雙休提供率普遍過低。

“996”工作制下,8成職場人表示接受

那么當公司要求員工“996”工作制(zhi)時,山(shan)東(dong)職場人(ren)態度如何呢?為(wei)此我們也通(tong)過問卷形式調查(cha)了(le)省內(nei)1萬民職場人(ren)士,由上圖可(ke)(ke)見,有(you)21.91%的職場人(ren)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)會直(zhi)接(jie)辭(ci)職,如果(guo)補貼合理(li),可(ke)(ke)以(yi)接(jie)受(shou)(shou)者最多(duo),其占比高(gao)達57.73%,也有(you)13.84%的職場人(ren)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)會抵(di)制(zhi),但最終接(jie)受(shou)(shou),除此之外有(you)6.52%的職場人(ren)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)沒(mei)有(you)問題會完全接(jie)受(shou)(shou)。總體來看山(shan)東(dong)職場人(ren)對(dui)于“996”工作制(zhi)并不抵(di)制(zhi),近8成職場人(ren)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)可(ke)(ke)以(yi)接(jie)受(shou)(shou),山(shan)東(dong)職場人(ren)為(wei)何選(xuan)擇接(jie)受(shou)(shou)“996工作制(zhi)”呢?

加班只為錢?提升自身能力同樣重要

由(you)上圖調查可見,有(you)38.05%的職場人表示(shi)為(wei)了得到更高(gao)的收入所以接受,選擇增加自身競爭力(li)的職場人也(ye)相對較多,其占比(bi)為(wei)34.6%,也(ye)有(you)18.05%的職場人表示(shi)可得到額外的訓練因而(er)接受“996”工作(zuo)制,除此(ci)之(zhi)外有(you)9.3%的職場人因崗位(wei)榮譽(yu)感而(er)選擇接受。

在我們的(de)調(diao)查(cha)時一位來自青島的(de)王(wang)先(xian)生表示,“相對(dui)于(yu)加班(ban)費,我更看重(zhong)個人(ren)能力(li)(li)的(de)提(ti)升”,自己剛(gang)入職時,沒有一天是晚上十(shi)點之(zhi)前離開公(gong)司的(de),好(hao)幾次凌(ling)晨回到(dao)家(jia)剛(gang)睡了三四個小時就(jiu)又被叫醒(xing)去(qu)(qu)公(gong)司忙項(xiang)目的(de)事情。等到(dao)整個項(xiang)目終于(yu)順利結(jie)束,和大家(jia)一起(qi)去(qu)(qu)慶功宴,受到(dao)同事和領導(dao)的(de)一致(zhi)肯定,這一刻之(zhi)前所做的(de)一切(qie)都是值得的(de)。有輕(qing)松,有努力(li)(li)之(zhi)后(hou)的(de)疲(pi)倦,但是更多地覺得是成長,在加班(ban)、竭盡全力(li)(li)的(de)拼搏(bo)中(zhong),也(ye)收獲了快速成長。
