山東九成職場人需要加班 互聯網行業最“苦逼”

對于廣(guang)大(da)職場人來說,“朝(chao)九晚(wan)(wan)五”是(shi)再熟悉不過的詞了,那(nei)么你是(shi)否知道“996”工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)制度呢(ni)?顧名思義(yi),“996”工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)制度指的就(jiu)是(shi):上(shang)(shang)班時(shi)間從早上(shang)(shang)9點到(dao)晚(wan)(wan)上(shang)(shang)9點,每周(zhou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)6天,一周(zhou)算(suan)下來是(shi)12*6=72小時(shi),而國家法定的正(zheng)常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)間為:朝(chao)九晚(wan)(wan)五,5天工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)制,一周(zhou)算(suan)下來是(shi)8*5=40個小時(shi)。也就(jiu)是(shi)說996工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)制幾乎是(shi)正(zheng)常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)間的兩倍(bei)。據說,阿里、華(hua)為、騰訊等公司都在(zai)使(shi)用這種工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)制度。那(nei)么山東職場人工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)間如何呢(ni)?

8小時工作制普遍,周末雙休已成奢求

根據抽(chou)取了省內10萬份企業(ye)樣本進行(xing)分析,由上圖可見,目前省內大(da)多數企業(ye)提(ti)供(gong)(gong)每天8小(xiao)時(shi)工作制,其提(ti)供(gong)(gong)率為(wei)61%,而周末雙休則(ze)成為(wei)廣大(da)職(zhi)場(chang)人的奢求,其提(ti)供(gong)(gong)率僅為(wei)22%,那么山(shan)東(dong)職(zhi)場(chang)人每周需要工作時(shi)間是多少呢?

9成職場人需加班,每天2小時最普遍

通過上圖來看,目前山(shan)東(dong)職場人超9成需要加班,有44.68%表示每(mei)周工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)間在(zai)40-50小(xiao)時(shi)(shi);有28.9%表示每(mei)周工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)間在(zai)50-60小(xiao)時(shi)(shi);工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)間在(zai)60-70小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)、70-80小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)和(he)80小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)以(yi)上的(de)職場人占比(bi)(bi)分別(bie)為11.8%、3.49%和(he)4.41%。綜合(he)來看每(mei)天(tian)加班超過2小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)的(de)人,占比(bi)(bi)已超過7成;已遭遇996和(he)997(朝九晚九,每(mei)周工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)7天(tian))工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)制的(de)人數(shu)幾乎接近(jin)2成。

我們分析了(le)省(sheng)內(nei)8小(xiao)時(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)最低(di)的(de)十(shi)個行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)和雙休(xiu)提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)最低(di)的(de)十(shi)個行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye),就(jiu)8小(xiao)時(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)制(zhi)提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)來(lai)看(kan),IT/互聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)最低(di),其(qi)提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)僅(jin)(jin)為46.67%,建筑/工(gong)程行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)以(yi)48.22%是提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)位(wei)列(lie)其(qi)次,僅(jin)(jin)以(yi)上兩個行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)未超(chao)過50%,除此之(zhi)外電子商(shang)務、網(wang)絡游戲行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)也(ye)相對較低(di),僅(jin)(jin)為50.3%和50.52%。而(er)通過雙休(xiu)提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)來(lai)看(kan),IT/互聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)再次位(wei)列(lie)榜首,其(qi)提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)僅(jin)(jin)為7.19%,批(pi)發零售、建筑/工(gong)程兩行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)(lv)也(ye)不足一成,分別(bie)為8.7%和9.6%。

綜合來看(kan),IT/互聯(lian)網行(xing)業(ye)工作(zuo)時間最長,最為苦逼,這(zhe)也與該(gai)(gai)行(xing)業(ye)特性有(you)關,畢竟(jing)當前IT/互聯(lian)網行(xing)業(ye)中創(chuang)業(ye)型企業(ye)較多,而企業(ye)創(chuang)業(ye)初期,需要(yao)搶奪(duo)市場,提高自身競爭優勢等,時間緊工作(zuo)繁重,這(zhe)都造成(cheng)該(gai)(gai)行(xing)業(ye)8小時工作(zuo)制、雙休提供率普遍(bian)過(guo)低。

“996”工作制下,8成職場人表示接受

那(nei)么當公司要求員工(gong)“996”工(gong)作制時(shi),山(shan)(shan)(shan)東職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)態度(du)如(ru)何呢?為(wei)此我們也(ye)通過問卷形式(shi)調查了(le)省內1萬民職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)士,由上圖可(ke)見,有(you)21.91%的職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)表(biao)示會直接辭(ci)職(zhi),如(ru)果補貼合理(li),可(ke)以接受者(zhe)最多,其占比高達57.73%,也(ye)有(you)13.84%的職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)表(biao)示會抵制,但最終接受,除此之外(wai)有(you)6.52%的職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)表(biao)示沒有(you)問題會完(wan)全接受。總體(ti)來看山(shan)(shan)(shan)東職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)對于“996”工(gong)作制并不抵制,近8成職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)表(biao)示可(ke)以接受,山(shan)(shan)(shan)東職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)為(wei)何選(xuan)擇接受“996工(gong)作制”呢?

加班只為錢?提升自身能力同樣重要

由上圖(tu)調查(cha)可見,有(you)38.05%的(de)職(zhi)場(chang)(chang)人(ren)表(biao)示(shi)為(wei)了得到更(geng)高的(de)收(shou)入(ru)所以(yi)接受,選擇(ze)增加自身競(jing)爭力的(de)職(zhi)場(chang)(chang)人(ren)也相對較多,其占比為(wei)34.6%,也有(you)18.05%的(de)職(zhi)場(chang)(chang)人(ren)表(biao)示(shi)可得到額(e)外的(de)訓(xun)練因而(er)接受“996”工作制,除此之外有(you)9.3%的(de)職(zhi)場(chang)(chang)人(ren)因崗位(wei)榮譽感而(er)選擇(ze)接受。

在(zai)(zai)我(wo)(wo)們的(de)調查時一位來自(zi)青島的(de)王先生表(biao)示,“相(xiang)對于(yu)加班(ban)費,我(wo)(wo)更(geng)看(kan)重個(ge)(ge)人能力(li)(li)的(de)提升”,自(zi)己剛(gang)入職時,沒有一天是(shi)晚上(shang)十點之(zhi)前(qian)(qian)離開公司的(de),好幾次凌晨回到家(jia)剛(gang)睡(shui)了三四個(ge)(ge)小(xiao)時就又(you)被叫醒去(qu)公司忙項(xiang)目(mu)的(de)事情。等(deng)到整個(ge)(ge)項(xiang)目(mu)終(zhong)于(yu)順(shun)利結(jie)束,和大家(jia)一起去(qu)慶(qing)功宴(yan),受到同事和領導(dao)的(de)一致肯定,這一刻(ke)之(zhi)前(qian)(qian)所(suo)做的(de)一切(qie)都(dou)是(shi)值得的(de)。有輕松,有努力(li)(li)之(zhi)后的(de)疲倦,但是(shi)更(geng)多地覺(jue)得是(shi)成(cheng)長(chang),在(zai)(zai)加班(ban)、竭(jie)盡全力(li)(li)的(de)拼搏(bo)中,也收獲了快速成(cheng)長(chang)。
