對于(yu)廣(guang)大(da)職(zhi)場人來(lai)說(shuo),“朝(chao)(chao)九(jiu)晚(wan)五”是(shi)再熟悉(xi)不過的(de)(de)(de)詞了(le),那么(me)你(ni)是(shi)否知道“996”工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi)度呢?顧(gu)名思義,“996”工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi)度指(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)就是(shi):上班時間從早上9點到晚(wan)上9點,每周工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)6天(tian),一周算(suan)下來(lai)是(shi)12*6=72小時,而國家法(fa)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)正常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)時間為:朝(chao)(chao)九(jiu)晚(wan)五,5天(tian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi),一周算(suan)下來(lai)是(shi)8*5=40個小時。也就是(shi)說(shuo)996工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi)幾乎是(shi)正常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)時間的(de)(de)(de)兩(liang)倍。據(ju)說(shuo),阿里、華為、騰訊等公司都在使用(yong)這(zhe)種(zhong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi)度。那么(me)山(shan)東職(zhi)場人工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)時間如何(he)呢?
8小時工作制普遍,周末雙休已成奢求
根據抽取了省(sheng)內10萬份企業(ye)樣本進行分析,由上圖可見(jian),目前省(sheng)內大多(duo)數(shu)企業(ye)提供每天(tian)8小時工(gong)作制,其提供率(lv)為61%,而周末雙休則(ze)成為廣大職場(chang)人(ren)的奢求,其提供率(lv)僅為22%,那(nei)么山(shan)東職場(chang)人(ren)每周需要工(gong)作時間是(shi)多(duo)少呢(ni)?
9成職場人需加班,每天2小時最普遍
通過(guo)(guo)上(shang)圖來看,目前山東職(zhi)場(chang)人超(chao)9成(cheng)需要加班,有(you)44.68%表示每(mei)周(zhou)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時間(jian)在40-50小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時;有(you)28.9%表示每(mei)周(zhou)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時間(jian)在50-60小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時;工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時間(jian)在60-70小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時工(gong)(gong)、70-80小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時和(he)(he)80小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時以上(shang)的(de)(de)職(zhi)場(chang)人占比分(fen)別(bie)為(wei)11.8%、3.49%和(he)(he)4.41%。綜合來看每(mei)天加班超(chao)過(guo)(guo)2小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時的(de)(de)人,占比已超(chao)過(guo)(guo)7成(cheng);已遭遇(yu)996和(he)(he)997(朝九晚(wan)九,每(mei)周(zhou)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)7天)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)制的(de)(de)人數幾乎接近2成(cheng)。
加班多、雙休少,IT/互聯網行業最“苦逼”
我們分析了(le)省內8小時工(gong)作制提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)最低的(de)(de)十個(ge)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)和雙(shuang)(shuang)休提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)最低的(de)(de)十個(ge)行(xing)業(ye)(ye),就8小時工(gong)作制提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)來看,IT/互聯網行(xing)業(ye)(ye)提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)最低,其(qi)(qi)提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)僅(jin)為(wei)46.67%,建筑/工(gong)程行(xing)業(ye)(ye)以48.22%是(shi)提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)位(wei)列(lie)其(qi)(qi)次(ci),僅(jin)以上兩(liang)個(ge)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)未超(chao)過50%,除此之外電子商務、網絡游(you)戲行(xing)業(ye)(ye)提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)也相對較低,僅(jin)為(wei)50.3%和50.52%。而(er)通過雙(shuang)(shuang)休提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)來看,IT/互聯網行(xing)業(ye)(ye)再次(ci)位(wei)列(lie)榜首,其(qi)(qi)提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)僅(jin)為(wei)7.19%,批(pi)發零(ling)售、建筑/工(gong)程兩(liang)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)提(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)也不足一(yi)成,分別為(wei)8.7%和9.6%。
綜合來看,IT/互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)行(xing)業(ye)工作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)最(zui)長(chang),最(zui)為苦逼,這也(ye)與(yu)該行(xing)業(ye)特(te)性有關(guan),畢(bi)竟當前IT/互(hu)聯(lian)(lian)網(wang)行(xing)業(ye)中創(chuang)業(ye)型企(qi)業(ye)較多,而企(qi)業(ye)創(chuang)業(ye)初(chu)期(qi),需(xu)要(yao)搶奪市場,提高自身(shen)競爭優勢等(deng),時(shi)間(jian)緊工作(zuo)繁重,這都(dou)造成該行(xing)業(ye)8小時(shi)工作(zuo)制、雙休提供率普遍過低。
“996”工作制下,8成職場人表示接受
那(nei)么當公司要求員工(gong)“996”工(gong)作制時,山(shan)東職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)態(tai)度如何(he)呢?為此(ci)我們(men)也通過問(wen)(wen)卷形式調查了省內1萬(wan)民(min)職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)士,由上圖可見,有(you)(you)(you)21.91%的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)表(biao)示(shi)會直接辭職(zhi),如果補貼合理,可以接受者最(zui)(zui)多(duo),其(qi)占(zhan)比高達(da)57.73%,也有(you)(you)(you)13.84%的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)表(biao)示(shi)會抵制,但(dan)最(zui)(zui)終接受,除此(ci)之外有(you)(you)(you)6.52%的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)表(biao)示(shi)沒有(you)(you)(you)問(wen)(wen)題會完全接受。總體(ti)來看山(shan)東職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)對于“996”工(gong)作制并不抵制,近(jin)8成職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)表(biao)示(shi)可以接受,山(shan)東職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)為何(he)選擇接受“996工(gong)作制”呢?
加班只為錢?提升自身能力同樣重要
由上(shang)圖調查可見,有38.05%的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場人(ren)表(biao)示(shi)為了得到(dao)更高的(de)收入所以接受,選擇(ze)增加自身競爭(zheng)力的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場人(ren)也(ye)相(xiang)對(dui)較多,其占(zhan)比為34.6%,也(ye)有18.05%的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場人(ren)表(biao)示(shi)可得到(dao)額外(wai)(wai)的(de)訓(xun)練因(yin)(yin)而接受“996”工作制,除此之外(wai)(wai)有9.3%的(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場人(ren)因(yin)(yin)崗位榮譽感而選擇(ze)接受。
在(zai)我們的(de)(de)(de)調查時一位(wei)來自青島的(de)(de)(de)王先生表示,“相對于加班(ban)費,我更(geng)看重個人能(neng)力(li)的(de)(de)(de)提升”,自己(ji)剛入職時,沒有一天是(shi)晚上十點之前離開公司(si)(si)的(de)(de)(de),好幾(ji)次(ci)凌晨回到(dao)家剛睡了三四個小時就又被叫(jiao)醒去(qu)公司(si)(si)忙項目的(de)(de)(de)事(shi)情。等到(dao)整個項目終(zhong)于順利(li)結束,和(he)大家一起去(qu)慶功宴,受到(dao)同事(shi)和(he)領導的(de)(de)(de)一致肯定,這一刻之前所(suo)做(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)一切都(dou)是(shi)值得的(de)(de)(de)。有輕松,有努力(li)之后(hou)的(de)(de)(de)疲倦(juan),但是(shi)更(geng)多地覺得是(shi)成長(chang),在(zai)加班(ban)、竭盡全力(li)的(de)(de)(de)拼(pin)搏中,也收獲(huo)了快速成長(chang)。
