山東九成職場人需要加班 互聯網行業最“苦逼”

對于廣(guang)大職場人(ren)來說,“朝(chao)九晚五(wu)”是再熟悉不過的詞了,那(nei)么你是否知道“996”工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)制度呢?顧(gu)名思義,“996”工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)制度指的就是:上班時(shi)間從早上9點(dian)到(dao)晚上9點(dian),每周工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)6天(tian),一(yi)周算(suan)下來是12*6=72小時(shi),而國家法(fa)定的正常工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)間為:朝(chao)九晚五(wu),5天(tian)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)制,一(yi)周算(suan)下來是8*5=40個小時(shi)。也(ye)就是說996工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)制幾(ji)乎是正常工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)間的兩(liang)倍。據說,阿里、華為、騰訊等公司都(dou)在使用這種工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)制度。那(nei)么山東(dong)職場人(ren)工(gong)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)間如何呢?

8小時工作制普遍,周末雙休已成奢求

根據抽(chou)取了省(sheng)內(nei)(nei)10萬份企(qi)(qi)業樣本(ben)進行分析,由上(shang)圖(tu)可見,目前省(sheng)內(nei)(nei)大多數企(qi)(qi)業提(ti)(ti)供每(mei)天8小時(shi)工(gong)(gong)作制,其提(ti)(ti)供率為61%,而周末雙休則(ze)成為廣大職場人(ren)的奢求(qiu),其提(ti)(ti)供率僅為22%,那么(me)山東職場人(ren)每(mei)周需要工(gong)(gong)作時(shi)間(jian)是多少呢?

9成職場人需加班,每天2小時最普遍

通(tong)過上(shang)圖來看(kan),目前山東職場人(ren)超9成(cheng)需(xu)要加班,有44.68%表(biao)示每周(zhou)工作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間在(zai)40-50小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi);有28.9%表(biao)示每周(zhou)工作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間在(zai)50-60小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi);工作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)間在(zai)60-70小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工、70-80小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)80小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以上(shang)的職場人(ren)占(zhan)比分別為(wei)11.8%、3.49%和(he)4.41%。綜合(he)來看(kan)每天加班超過2小(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的人(ren),占(zhan)比已超過7成(cheng);已遭遇996和(he)997(朝九晚九,每周(zhou)工作(zuo)7天)工作(zuo)制(zhi)的人(ren)數(shu)幾(ji)乎接(jie)近2成(cheng)。

加班多、雙休少,IT/互聯網行業最“苦逼”

我們分析了省內(nei)8小(xiao)時(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)制提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)最低的十(shi)個(ge)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)和雙(shuang)休提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)最低的十(shi)個(ge)行(xing)業(ye)(ye),就8小(xiao)時(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)制提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)來(lai)看,IT/互(hu)聯網(wang)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)最低,其(qi)(qi)提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)僅(jin)為(wei)(wei)46.67%,建(jian)筑/工(gong)(gong)(gong)程行(xing)業(ye)(ye)以48.22%是提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)位列(lie)其(qi)(qi)次(ci),僅(jin)以上兩(liang)個(ge)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)未超(chao)過(guo)50%,除此之(zhi)外電子商務、網(wang)絡游戲行(xing)業(ye)(ye)提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)也相對較低,僅(jin)為(wei)(wei)50.3%和50.52%。而通(tong)過(guo)雙(shuang)休提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)來(lai)看,IT/互(hu)聯網(wang)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)再次(ci)位列(lie)榜首,其(qi)(qi)提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)僅(jin)為(wei)(wei)7.19%,批發零售、建(jian)筑/工(gong)(gong)(gong)程兩(liang)行(xing)業(ye)(ye)提(ti)(ti)(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)也不足一成,分別(bie)為(wei)(wei)8.7%和9.6%。

綜合來看,IT/互聯(lian)網行(xing)業工(gong)作時(shi)(shi)間(jian)最長,最為苦逼(bi),這也與該(gai)(gai)行(xing)業特性有關,畢竟當前IT/互聯(lian)網行(xing)業中(zhong)創(chuang)業型(xing)企業較多,而企業創(chuang)業初期,需要搶奪市場,提高自(zi)身競爭優勢等,時(shi)(shi)間(jian)緊(jin)工(gong)作繁(fan)重,這都造成(cheng)該(gai)(gai)行(xing)業8小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)工(gong)作制、雙休提供(gong)率普(pu)遍過(guo)低。

“996”工作制下,8成職場人表示接受

那么(me)當公司要求員工(gong)“996”工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi)時,山東職場(chang)人(ren)態(tai)度如(ru)何呢?為此(ci)我們也(ye)通過問(wen)卷(juan)形式調查了(le)省內1萬(wan)民職場(chang)人(ren)士,由上圖(tu)可(ke)見,有(you)(you)21.91%的職場(chang)人(ren)表示(shi)會(hui)直接(jie)(jie)辭職,如(ru)果補貼(tie)合理,可(ke)以接(jie)(jie)受者最(zui)多,其占比高(gao)達57.73%,也(ye)有(you)(you)13.84%的職場(chang)人(ren)表示(shi)會(hui)抵(di)制(zhi),但最(zui)終接(jie)(jie)受,除此(ci)之外有(you)(you)6.52%的職場(chang)人(ren)表示(shi)沒有(you)(you)問(wen)題(ti)會(hui)完全接(jie)(jie)受。總體(ti)來看山東職場(chang)人(ren)對(dui)于“996”工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi)并不抵(di)制(zhi),近8成職場(chang)人(ren)表示(shi)可(ke)以接(jie)(jie)受,山東職場(chang)人(ren)為何選擇(ze)接(jie)(jie)受“996工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)制(zhi)”呢?

加班只為錢?提升自身能力同樣重要

由上(shang)圖調(diao)查(cha)可見(jian),有38.05%的(de)(de)職場(chang)人表示為了(le)得(de)到更(geng)高的(de)(de)收入所(suo)以接(jie)受(shou),選擇增加自身競爭(zheng)力的(de)(de)職場(chang)人也(ye)相對較(jiao)多,其(qi)占(zhan)比為34.6%,也(ye)有18.05%的(de)(de)職場(chang)人表示可得(de)到額外(wai)(wai)的(de)(de)訓練因而(er)接(jie)受(shou)“996”工(gong)作制(zhi),除此之(zhi)外(wai)(wai)有9.3%的(de)(de)職場(chang)人因崗位榮譽感而(er)選擇接(jie)受(shou)。

在我們的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)調查時(shi)一位(wei)來自(zi)青島的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)王先生表示,“相(xiang)對于加(jia)班費,我更看(kan)重個(ge)人能(neng)力(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)提升”,自(zi)己(ji)剛入職時(shi),沒有(you)一天是晚上(shang)十點之前離(li)開公(gong)司的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de),好幾(ji)次凌(ling)晨回到(dao)家剛睡了(le)三四個(ge)小時(shi)就又(you)被叫醒去公(gong)司忙(mang)項目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)事情。等(deng)到(dao)整個(ge)項目終(zhong)于順利結(jie)束,和(he)大家一起(qi)去慶(qing)功宴,受到(dao)同事和(he)領導的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一致肯定(ding),這一刻之前所做的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一切都是值得(de)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。有(you)輕松,有(you)努力(li)之后的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)疲(pi)倦,但是更多地覺(jue)得(de)是成長(chang)(chang),在加(jia)班、竭(jie)盡全力(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)拼搏中,也(ye)收獲了(le)快(kuai)速成長(chang)(chang)。
