1、全面(mian)統籌規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)公(gong)(gong)司人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)(li)資源(yuan)發展(zhan)(zhan)戰略(lve),開發短、中、長期(qi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)(li)資源(yuan),合(he)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)調配(pei)公(gong)(gong)司的人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)(li)資源(yuan); 2、向公(gong)(gong)司高(gao)層(ceng)提(ti)供有(you)(you)關(guan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)(li)資源(yuan)戰略(lve)、組織(zhi)建(jian)(jian)設等方面(mian)的建(jian)(jian)議,致力(li)(li)于提(ti)高(gao)公(gong)(gong)司的綜合(he)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)水平(ping); 3、負責(ze)組織(zhi)分(fen)析評估(gu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)(li)需(xu)求,制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)計劃(hua)(hua)、招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)策略(lve)及招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)流程(cheng); 4.、負責(ze)推(tui)動(dong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)項(xiang)目,包括領導(dao)力(li)(li)發展(zhan)(zhan)模型的建(jian)(jian)立(li)(li)(li)與(yu)(yu)持續優化、高(gao)潛質人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)選拔標準建(jian)(jian)立(li)(li)(li)、核心(xin)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)評價、核心(xin)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)激勵(li)與(yu)(yu)培(pei)養、人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)梯隊與(yu)(yu)繼任管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo); 5、構(gou)建(jian)(jian)和(he)完善適(shi)應公(gong)(gong)司發展(zhan)(zhan)需(xu)要的人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)(li)資源(yuan)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)體(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)(招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)、培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)、績(ji)(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)、薪(xin)酬福利、員工(gong)(gong)(gong)激勵(li)、員工(gong)(gong)(gong)發展(zhan)(zhan)、員工(gong)(gong)(gong)關(guan)懷和(he)保留等模塊(kuai)),負責(ze)對人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)(li)資源(yuan)相關(guan)模塊(kuai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)、執行(xing)、監(jian)督和(he)完善; 6、負責(ze)建(jian)(jian)立(li)(li)(li)精(jing)干(gan)高(gao)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)組織(zhi)體(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi),組織(zhi)完善培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)制(zhi)(zhi)度,提(ti)供系(xi)(xi)統有(you)(you)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)、有(you)(you)針對性、可(ke)持續提(ti)升(sheng)、前瞻(zhan)性的培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun);監(jian)督各部門制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)的員工(gong)(gong)(gong)培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),審核培(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)計劃(hua)(hua),檢查落實情況(kuang); 7、負責(ze)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)適(shi)合(he)公(gong)(gong)司發展(zhan)(zhan)的薪(xin)酬福利體(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)和(he)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)制(zhi)(zhi)度,建(jian)(jian)立(li)(li)(li)動(dong)態的薪(xin)酬管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)體(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi); 8、負責(ze)分(fen)解公(gong)(gong)司戰略(lve)目標,制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)有(you)(you)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的績(ji)(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)體(ti)(ti)系(xi)(xi)和(he)制(zhi)(zhi)度,組織(zhi)開發與(yu)(yu)建(jian)(jian)立(li)(li)(li)考核信息系(xi)(xi)統,指導(dao)各部門開展(zhan)(zhan)績(ji)(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)考核工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),合(he)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)運用績(ji)(ji)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)結果,撰寫(xie)分(fen)析方案(an); 9、負責(ze)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)關(guan)系(xi)(xi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li),建(jian)(jian)立(li)(li)(li)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)職業生涯規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)平(ping)臺(tai); 10.組織(zhi)制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)(li)資源(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)發展(zhan)(zhan)規(gui)劃(hua)(hua)、計劃(hua)(hua)與(yu)(yu)預(yu)算方案(an),有(you)(you)效(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)并(bing)合(he)理(li)(li)(li)(li)(li)控制(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)力(li)(li)預(yu)算,并(bing)監(jian)督各項(xiang)計劃(hua)(hua)的實施(shi);
