根據(ju)《勞(lao)動合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)法》第十(shi)九條的規定(ding),試(shi)用期(qi)(qi)的上限根據(ju)勞(lao)動合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)期(qi)(qi)限設定(ding):勞(lao)動合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)期(qi)(qi)限3個(ge)月(yue)(yue)以(yi)上不滿(man)3年(nian)的,試(shi)用期(qi)(qi)不得超(chao)過1個(ge)月(yue)(yue);勞(lao)動合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong)期(qi)(qi)限1年(nian)以(yi)上不滿(man)3年(nian)的,試(shi)用期(qi)(qi)不得超(chao)過2個(ge)月(yue)(yue);3年(nian)以(yi)上固定(ding)期(qi)(qi)限和無固定(ding)期(qi)(qi)限的勞(lao)動合(he)(he)同(tong)(tong),試(shi)用期(qi)(qi)不得超(chao)過6個(ge)月(yue)(yue)。
