職場人如何保持充足的睡眠?

我剛剛進入職(zhi)場是(shi)個新人(ren),現(xian)在想咨(zi)詢一(yi)下(xia),請問職(zhi)場人(ren)如何保持充足的睡眠?

首(shou)先(xian)要調(diao)整(zheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與生(sheng)活的分界,既(ji)就是下(xia)(xia)班(ban)后(hou)(hou)或者工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)做完后(hou)(hou),用(yong)最(zui)多不超過半小時(shi)(shi)的時(shi)(shi)間整(zheng)理今天的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以及明天的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)內容(rong),然后(hou)(hou)就該放下(xia)(xia),不要,盡量(liang)不要去(qu)想工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)上的事情。其次,必(bi)要的應酬和工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)應酬如果(guo)時(shi)(shi)間是被(bei)動(dong)支配,那么盡可能控制在早(zao)一(yi)分結束。最(zui)后(hou)(hou)建議調(diao)整(zheng)睡覺時(shi)(shi)間和起床時(shi)(shi)間分別為提早(zao)一(yi)小時(shi)(shi)。
