答(da) 首先(xian)要(yao)(yao)調整(zheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)與生活的分界(jie),既(ji)就是(shi)下班后(hou)或者工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)做完(wan)后(hou),用最(zui)多不(bu)超過半小時(shi)的時(shi)間整(zheng)理今天的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)以(yi)及(ji)明天的工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)內(nei)容(rong),然后(hou)就該(gai)放下,不(bu)要(yao)(yao),盡量(liang)不(bu)要(yao)(yao)去(qu)想工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)上的事情。其(qi)次(ci),必(bi)要(yao)(yao)的應酬和工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)應酬如果時(shi)間是(shi)被動支配,那么盡可能控(kong)制在(zai)早一分結束。最(zui)后(hou)建議調整(zheng)睡覺時(shi)間和起床時(shi)間分別為提早一小時(shi)。
