山東職場五一假期提供率達51.9%,超4成職場人無加班費

五(wu)(wu)一小(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)假已經結束(shu),不少職(zhi)(zhi)場人(ren)頗有(you)感觸。隨著(zhu)國內疫情的有(you)效管控、政(zheng)府部(bu)門(men)持續放開出行(xing)限制、鼓勵和推動旅游(you)業發展,出行(xing)數(shu)據顯(xian)示,4月30日至5月5日,全國鐵路(lu)、民(min)航以及道路(lu)客流量合(he)計將達(da)到(dao)2.5億人(ren)次。不止是旅游(you)業有(you)著(zhu)噴(pen)井式(shi)增(zeng)長(chang),“加班5天等于11天工資”等相關訊息(xi)也是頻頻沖上熱搜,那么山東職(zhi)(zhi)場人(ren)選擇了自由還是財富?齊魯人(ren)才網通過問卷及電話采(cai)訪的形式(shi)隨機調查(cha)了1萬份(fen)樣(yang)本,為(wei)您解讀(du)2021年山東職(zhi)(zhi)場人(ren)是怎樣(yang)度過五(wu)(wu)一小(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)假的?

“假(jia)期可以有”,山東職場五一(yi)假(jia)期提供(gong)率(lv)達51.9%

據齊(qi)魯人才網(wang)(wang)調查顯示(shi),山(shan)東五(wu)一(yi)(yi)假(jia)(jia)期(qi)提供率為(wei)51.9%。數據表明,有(you)51.9%的(de)(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)場人享(xiang)有(you)完整(zheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)假(jia)(jia)期(qi),依舊(jiu)有(you)接近5成職(zhi)場人需要加班(ban)。來自互聯網(wang)(wang)公司(si)的(de)(de)(de)(de)實(shi)習生圓(yuan)圓(yuan)說(shuo)(shuo)道:“我們公司(si)只放(fang)了(le)兩天(tian)假(jia)(jia),還沒休整(zheng)過(guo)來就開始上(shang)班(ban)了(le)。以(yi)前在(zai)(zai)校期(qi)間五(wu)一(yi)(yi)假(jia)(jia)期(qi)我都會(hui)回家(jia)(jia),工作(zuo)后五(wu)一(yi)(yi)假(jia)(jia)期(qi)沒有(you)和(he)家(jia)(jia)人度過(guo)倒是有(you)些不適應,希望在(zai)(zai)端午節(jie)假(jia)(jia)期(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)候可以(yi)回家(jia)(jia)。”相反,從事教育(yu)行業(ye)的(de)(de)(de)(de)惠(hui)女士有(you)著不同的(de)(de)(de)(de)表現:“假(jia)(jia)期(qi)前兩個星期(qi)已經準(zhun)備好五(wu)一(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)自駕(jia)游行程,購票(piao)、定酒店、預約(yue)門票(piao)等(deng)等(deng)一(yi)(yi)氣呵成。惠(hui)女士興致勃勃地說(shuo)(shuo)道,假(jia)(jia)期(qi)間的(de)(de)(de)(de)物價增(zeng)長(chang)是必不可免的(de)(de)(de)(de),這次五(wu)一(yi)(yi)出行一(yi)(yi)共花費了(le)1萬多,雖然肉疼(teng)但是想到珍貴的(de)(de)(de)(de)假(jia)(jia)期(qi)用來在(zai)(zai)家(jia)(jia)虛度也未免太(tai)可惜了(le)。

不(bu)負時(shi)光,選擇旅(lv)游的山(shan)東職場人近3成

對(dui)于(yu)每個職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)來(lai)說,工(gong)作已經是讓身體疲憊(bei)不堪,五(wu)一(yi)小(xiao)長假(jia)(jia)無疑是職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)最(zui)期(qi)待的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)時刻。據齊(qi)魯人(ren)才網發起的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)山東職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)五(wu)一(yi)假(jia)(jia)期(qi)行程安排(多(duo)選)問卷調查顯示(shi),有(you)28.36%的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)山東職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)選擇(ze)旅游來(lai)度(du)過小(xiao)長假(jia)(jia),勞(lao)動(dong)節適逢春夏相交、氣候宜人(ren),很多(duo)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)都希望在春暖花開的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)時候外出旅游;18.71%的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)選擇(ze)宅家(jia),好好休息整頓(dun)后(hou)全力(li)進入(ru)工(gong)作狀態;因工(gong)作繁忙(mang),時間緊張,很多(duo)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)與朋友見(jian)面的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)機會(hui)并不多(duo),因此有(you)41.64%和(he)22.85%的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)選擇(ze)與朋友聚會(hui)、探(tan)親(qin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)方式度(du)過假(jia)(jia)期(qi),聊(liao)聊(liao)家(jia)常也是一(yi)種放(fang)松(song)方式;近(jin)五(wu)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)山東職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)選擇(ze)了加班,也就是表(biao)明有(you)一(yi)半的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)山東職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)場(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)人(ren)不能擁有(you)完整的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)小(xiao)長假(jia)(jia)。

加(jia)(jia)班兩天最為普遍,“適量加(jia)(jia)班”可以(yi)接受

雖然有(you)近5成(cheng)職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)需要加(jia)班,但并不(bu)是所有(you)人(ren)(ren)(ren)5天(tian)(tian)都在加(jia)班。根據(ju)齊魯人(ren)(ren)(ren)才網對職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)加(jia)班天(tian)(tian)數(shu)調查統計發(fa)現,今(jin)年五一假期(qi)期(qi)間,山東(dong)職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)加(jia)班2天(tian)(tian)最為普遍,人(ren)(ren)(ren)數(shu)占比(bi)(bi)高達31.84%;其(qi)次(ci)是加(jia)班1天(tian)(tian)的山東(dong)職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)占比(bi)(bi)在23.58%;加(jia)班4天(tian)(tian)的山東(dong)職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)占比(bi)(bi)在18.67%,排名第三;加(jia)班3天(tian)(tian)和(he)5天(tian)(tian)的山東(dong)職(zhi)場(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)占比(bi)(bi)在13.45%和(he)12.46%。

在酒店(dian)工作的(de)(de)大堂經(jing)理(li)閆經(jing)理(li)說道:因為工作性(xing)質我們節(jie)假(jia)(jia)(jia)日是不(bu)準休息(xi)的(de)(de),在臨(lin)近(jin)假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)的(de)(de)前一(yi)個星(xing)期(qi)我們就開始準備菜品(pin)、備菜等一(yi)系列(lie)事情,雖然這個假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)工作是有史以來最累的(de)(de)一(yi)個假(jia)(jia)(jia)期(qi)但(dan)是獎金快(kuai)頂我一(yi)個月的(de)(de)工資了,安慰自己痛并(bing)快(kuai)樂著吧!

不盡人意,超(chao)4成職場人無加班費(fei)

按照《全(quan)國年節及紀念日(ri)放(fang)假辦法》,勞動(dong)節放(fang)假1天(tian)(5月(yue)1日(ri))。所以只有5月(yue)1日(ri)才屬于法定節假日(ri)。結合《勞動(dong)法》相(xiang)關規定,用(yong)人單位在5月(yue)1日(ri)安排勞動(dong)者(zhe)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的,應按照不低于勞動(dong)者(zhe)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的300%支(zhi)付(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)報酬。而在5月(yue)2日(ri)至(zhi)5日(ri),用(yong)人單位安排勞動(dong)者(zhe)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)又(you)不能(neng)安排補休的,支(zhi)付(fu)不低于工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的200%的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)報酬。因(yin)此如果你選擇在5月(yue)1日(ri)當天(tian)加(jia)(jia)班,可(ke)(ke)獲得三倍加(jia)(jia)班工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi);在5月(yue)2日(ri)至(zhi)5日(ri)加(jia)(jia)班,則可(ke)(ke)獲得兩倍加(jia)(jia)班工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)。因(yin)此,按5月(yue)1日(ri)當天(tian)三倍日(ri)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi),后4天(tian)兩倍日(ri)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)”計算,五(wu)一小長假加(jia)(jia)班5天(tian)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi),相(xiang)當于平時工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)11天(tian)所獲得的收入。

理想很(hen)豐滿(man),現實很(hen)骨感(gan)。加班(ban)(ban)5天狂賺11天薪(xin)資畢竟(jing)是(shi)(shi)理想化(hua)(hua)狀態,現實卻(que)是(shi)(shi)殘酷(ku)的(de)。據齊(qi)魯人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)網(wang)調查數(shu)據顯示,超4成的(de)山東職場(chang)(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)沒有加班(ban)(ban)費(fei);其中加班(ban)(ban)費(fei)在1000元以內的(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)數(shu)占(zhan)比(bi)(bi)為(wei)(wei)25.25%;1001—2000元的(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)數(shu)占(zhan)比(bi)(bi)為(wei)(wei)21.89%;2000元以上的(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)數(shu)占(zhan)比(bi)(bi)為(wei)(wei)11.27%。在采訪(fang)中我(wo)們了解(jie)到(dao)山東職場(chang)(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)對于假期(qi)加班(ban)(ban)持有兩極分化(hua)(hua)的(de)態度,一部分職場(chang)(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)吐(tu)槽:“領導(dao)節(jie)前征求我(wo)們的(de)意愿,選擇(ze)加班(ban)(ban)賺錢還是(shi)(shi)休假,我(wo)們一致決定(ding)選擇(ze)休假,連續上班(ban)(ban)已(yi)經很(hen)勞累了,即使三倍(bei)工(gong)資也(ye)是(shi)(shi)不(bu)想加班(ban)(ban)了。”也(ye)有職場(chang)(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)表示:"只(zhi)能說加班(ban)(ban)費(fei)到(dao)位,那(nei)我(wo)是(shi)(shi)不(bu)會(hui)錯過(guo),賺錢比(bi)(bi)休息更重(zhong)要"。除此(ci)之外(wai)也(ye)有職場(chang)(chang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)無奈表示,"公司不(bu)會(hui)給三倍(bei)加班(ban)(ban)費(fei),因此(ci)更想留出(chu)時間陪(pei)伴家人(ren)(ren)(ren)"。

五一小長(chang)假已經過去,在(zai)期(qi)(qi)盼下(xia)一個假期(qi)(qi)的同(tong)時“節(jie)后(hou)綜合(he)癥”也(ye)如期(qi)(qi)而(er)至,齊魯人才網提醒(xing)大(da)家(jia)積極調整心態(tai),快速(su)進(jin)入工作狀(zhuang)態(tai),為自己的人生目標(biao)而(er)繼續奮斗!
