雨女無瓜,超五成職場人享受不到年終獎福利
據齊魯人才(cai)網數據統計,山(shan)東省(sheng)就業(ye)市場(chang)企業(ye)年終(zhong)獎福利提供率占比為44.24%,有55.76%的企業(ye)不會發放年終(zhong)獎,這意(yi)味(wei)著超五成職(zhi)場(chang)人享受不到(dao)年終(zhong)獎福利。
一般情況下,年終(zhong)獎(jiang)的(de)發(fa)(fa)放額(e)(e)度(du)和形式有(you)是企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)根據自(zi)身的(de)盈(ying)利(li)額(e)(e)和考評制度(du)決定的(de)。年終(zhong)獎(jiang)發(fa)(fa)放額(e)(e)度(du)的(de)多少也是衡量企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)潛力的(de)重要標識。調查顯示,企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)不發(fa)(fa)年終(zhong)獎(jiang)的(de)理(li)由中,“沒有(you)發(fa)(fa)放慣例”的(de)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)居多,占(zhan)47%;“公(gong)司財(cai)政狀況不佳(jia)”的(de)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)占(zhan)23%,排名第(di)二(er);“未達到目標業(ye)(ye)績”的(de)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)占(zhan)19%,排名第(di)三;“另有(you)其(qi)他福利(li)”的(de)企(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)占(zhan)11%,排名第(di)四。
六成(cheng)外(wai)資企業員工都(dou)能拿(na)到年終獎,民營企業僅四成(cheng)
根據齊魯人(ren)才網調查結果顯示,外資企業(ye)(ye)(ye)年(nian)(nian)(nian)終(zhong)獎提(ti)供(gong)率以60.37%排名(ming)(ming)第一,意味著超六(liu)成外資企業(ye)(ye)(ye)員工可以在年(nian)(nian)(nian)底拿到屬于自己的(de)年(nian)(nian)(nian)終(zhong)獎福利(li);上市(shi)公司年(nian)(nian)(nian)終(zhong)獎提(ti)供(gong)率為(wei)(wei)(wei)53.33%,排名(ming)(ming)第二位(wei);中外合(he)資企業(ye)(ye)(ye)年(nian)(nian)(nian)終(zhong)獎提(ti)供(gong)率為(wei)(wei)(wei)52.58%,排名(ming)(ming)第三位(wei);國有企業(ye)(ye)(ye)年(nian)(nian)(nian)終(zhong)獎提(ti)供(gong)率為(wei)(wei)(wei)51.45%,排名(ming)(ming)第四(si)位(wei);股份制公司年(nian)(nian)(nian)終(zhong)獎提(ti)供(gong)率為(wei)(wei)(wei)46.6%,排名(ming)(ming)第五位(wei);民(min)營企業(ye)(ye)(ye)年(nian)(nian)(nian)終(zhong)獎提(ti)供(gong)率僅為(wei)(wei)(wei)44.52%,排名(ming)(ming)第六(liu)位(wei)。
一般來說(shuo),外資(zi)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)相對于國內企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)缺少地(di)緣優勢,為(wei)(wei)了吸(xi)引國內高素質人才格外重視薪酬福利制度建設(she),再者,外企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)本身管理理念也較為(wei)(wei)先(xian)進,因此外資(zi)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)的(de)福利待遇向來較為(wei)(wei)優渥,在(zai)年(nian)終(zhong)獎方面(mian)更是(shi)(shi)如此,超過(guo)六成(cheng)(cheng)外企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)都會為(wei)(wei)員工(gong)提供(gong)年(nian)終(zhong)獎福利。民(min)營(ying)(ying)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)規模大小不一,僅少數企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)成(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)(wei)行業(ye)(ye)的(de)領(ling)頭羊,大多(duo)數都還(huan)(huan)處在(zai)成(cheng)(cheng)長階段,在(zai)復雜多(duo)變的(de)經(jing)濟環(huan)境下時刻(ke)經(jing)受著(zhu)種(zhong)種(zhong)考驗,多(duo)數民(min)營(ying)(ying)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)的(de)年(nian)終(zhong)獎都還(huan)(huan)是(shi)(shi)在(zai)低(di)水平徘徊(huai),也沒有(you)具體明確的(de)年(nian)終(zhong)獎章程,往往會根據企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)的(de)效(xiao)益、個人表現以及老(lao)板的(de)心情(qing)所決(jue)定(ding),因此民(min)營(ying)(ying)企(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)年(nian)終(zhong)獎提供(gong)率較低(di)。
濟南企業年終獎提供率最高,德州企業僅三成
通過數據分析(xi)來看,濟(ji)南、日照(zhao)、濟(ji)寧(ning)等(deng)7個城市企(qi)業年(nian)終獎(jiang)提(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)超出(chu)山東省平(ping)(ping)均水平(ping)(ping),其中濟(ji)南企(qi)業年(nian)終獎(jiang)提(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)最高,為48.76%;日照(zhao)企(qi)業年(nian)終獎(jiang)提(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)為48.7%,排名第二;濟(ji)寧(ning)企(qi)業年(nian)終獎(jiang)提(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)為48.5%,排名第三,與日照(zhao)僅相差0.2%;德州企(qi)業年(nian)終獎(jiang)提(ti)供(gong)(gong)率(lv)僅為38.51%,排名墊底。
