“職住分離”顯著,近6成白領通勤超1.5小時

有(you)(you)人“凌晨(chen)(chen)不(bu)(bu)回家”,有(you)(you)人“清晨(chen)(chen)已上路”,白(bai)領(ling)(ling)已成(cheng)為(wei)(wei)一(yi)座城(cheng)市最先醒來的(de)(de)人群之一(yi)。清晨(chen)(chen)6點,不(bu)(bu)少白(bai)領(ling)(ling)已經在(zai)(zai)為(wei)(wei)通(tong)(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)奔(ben)波(bo),人潮(chao)一(yi)早從東南西北(bei)的(de)(de)房屋內(nei)涌(yong)入城(cheng)市中(zhong)心,又(you)在(zai)(zai)晚間回歸,這是屬于各城(cheng)市的(de)(de)潮(chao)汐。由上圖可見,近6成(cheng)白(bai)領(ling)(ling)通(tong)(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)長在(zai)(zai)1.5小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)上;其中(zhong)通(tong)(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)長在(zai)(zai)1.5-2小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)占比(bi)最高,為(wei)(wei)32.4%;有(you)(you)25.8%的(de)(de)白(bai)領(ling)(ling)通(tong)(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)長在(zai)(zai)2小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi);有(you)(you)17.2%的(de)(de)白(bai)領(ling)(ling)通(tong)(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)長在(zai)(zai)1-1.5小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),占比(bi)排名第三;另有(you)(you)14.9%的(de)(de)白(bai)領(ling)(ling)通(tong)(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)長在(zai)(zai)0.5-1小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi);當前僅有(you)(you)9.7%的(de)(de)白(bai)領(ling)(ling)表示每日平均通(tong)(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)長在(zai)(zai)半小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)內(nei)。

通勤(qin)時長直(zhi)接影響著(zhu)白(bai)領每(mei)天(tian)上班(ban)的效率,有(you)(you)不(bu)少(shao)白(bai)領表示(shi):“只是到公司,已(yi)耗盡我所有(you)(you)力氣”,但是隨著(zhu)房價和租(zu)金的攀升(sheng),為(wei)了省(sheng)下一(yi)些費用(yong),很多白(bai)領不(bu)得不(bu)選擇居住(zhu)在(zai)離城(cheng)中(zhong)心、工作地(di)點更(geng)遠的地(di)方,這也導致“職住(zhu)分離”現象愈發明(ming)顯。

直逼“北上廣”!濟南白領每日奔波3小時

在(zai)(zai)很多(duo)(duo)(duo)(duo)人心目中,長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)應(ying)該(gai)是(shi)“北(bei)上(shang)廣”一(yi)線(xian)大城(cheng)(cheng)市的(de)專利,畢竟當(dang)地(di)(di)人多(duo)(duo)(duo)(duo)車多(duo)(duo)(duo)(duo),勢必加重(zhong)了(le)當(dang)地(di)(di)交通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)擁堵狀(zhuang)況。雖然山東(dong)省16地(di)(di)市多(duo)(duo)(duo)(duo)以(yi)三(san)四(si)(si)線(xian)城(cheng)(cheng)市為(wei)主,但各地(di)(di)市白(bai)(bai)(bai)領(ling)(ling)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)也(ye)不樂觀。據齊魯人才網數據顯示,濟南白(bai)(bai)(bai)領(ling)(ling)每日(ri)(ri)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)高達2.86小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi),位列全(quan)省第一(yi);青島市位列第二,當(dang)地(di)(di)白(bai)(bai)(bai)領(ling)(ling)每日(ri)(ri)平均(jun)(jun)(jun)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)為(wei)2.65小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi); 另外濰坊、臨沂、淄博(bo)、煙(yan)臺四(si)(si)市白(bai)(bai)(bai)領(ling)(ling)每日(ri)(ri)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)在(zai)(zai)2小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)以(yi)上(shang);其他(ta)城(cheng)(cheng)市白(bai)(bai)(bai)領(ling)(ling)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)較為(wei)平均(jun)(jun)(jun),日(ri)(ri)照市白(bai)(bai)(bai)領(ling)(ling)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)最短,僅為(wei)1.14小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)。總體來看(kan),當(dang)前(qian)山東(dong)白(bai)(bai)(bai)領(ling)(ling)平均(jun)(jun)(jun)每日(ri)(ri)通(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)長(chang)(chang)(chang)(chang)在(zai)(zai)1.8小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)左右

一般而(er)言,除城(cheng)市(shi)擁堵外,較遠的(de)(de)(de)通勤距離也(ye)是導致通勤較長(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)因(yin)素。因(yin)此也(ye)不(bu)難理解為何濰坊(fang)、臨沂(yi)兩地排名靠(kao)前(qian),不(bu)少當地白(bai)領表示,受制于(yu)“職住(zhu)(zhu)分(fen)離”,每日通勤距離超(chao)過100公里(li)。而(er)在(zai)我們(men)調查中,更(geng)是出現了跨市(shi)/區(qu)(qu)(qu)通勤的(de)(de)(de)案例,家住(zhu)(zhu)濟南市(shi)萊(lai)蕪區(qu)(qu)(qu)的(de)(de)(de)李先生表示,隨著年初(chu)濟萊(lai)兩市(shi)的(de)(de)(de)合并,其公司也(ye)完成了兩區(qu)(qu)(qu)域(yu)的(de)(de)(de)合并,工作地點由萊(lai)蕪市(shi)萊(lai)城(cheng)區(qu)(qu)(qu)遷至濟南市(shi)高新區(qu)(qu)(qu),雖然(ran)提(ti)供班車接送服務,但每日通勤時長(chang)(chang)均在(zai)4小時以上(shang)。

全國“汽車大省”不開車,山東白領偏愛公共交通

面對嚴峻的通(tong)勤(qin)(qin)問題,山(shan)東白(bai)領(ling)(ling)更(geng)青(qing)睞哪些通(tong)勤(qin)(qin)方式(shi)呢?據齊魯人才網(wang)調查顯(xian)示(shi),山(shan)東白(bai)領(ling)(ling)人群(qun)中,最喜歡的通(tong)勤(qin)(qin)方式(shi)為公交/地鐵(tie),其占(zhan)比為40.5%。目前,山(shan)東省僅青(qing)島、濟南兩(liang)市開通(tong)地鐵(tie),所(suo)以(yi)“擠公交”才是(shi)更(geng)多(duo)白(bai)領(ling)(ling)的首(shou)選(xuan);另外23.7%的白(bai)領(ling)(ling)選(xuan)擇自(zi)行(xing)車(che)/助力車(che)作為通(tong)勤(qin)(qin)方式(shi)。這源(yuan)于近年(nian)來(lai)共享單(dan)車(che)發展(zhan)迅(xun)速(su),而最大受益者就是(shi)白(bai)領(ling)(ling)人群(qun)。

據中國機動(dong)車(che)環境(jing)管理(li)年報(2018)》顯示,山(shan)東(dong)省擁(yong)有車(che)輛1953萬輛,位居全國第一,是名(ming)副其實的(de)(de)“汽(qi)車(che)大省”,但此(ci)次(ci)被調查的(de)(de)對(dui)象中僅有19.8%的(de)(de)白(bai)領選擇自駕車(che)通(tong)勤(qin),除(chu)去油(you)價攀升,城市擁(yong)堵也是不可忽(hu)視(shi)的(de)(de)重要因素。此(ci)外(wai)有11.2%的(de)(de)白(bai)領選擇步行,也有4.8%的(de)(de)白(bai)領選擇出租車(che)/拼車(che)通(tong)勤(qin)。

舒適性>性價比,臨沂、濰坊白領通勤成本超“濟青”

通過各地(di)(di)市(shi)白(bai)領(ling)每(mei)(mei)(mei)月通勤(qin)(qin)成本(ben)(ben)與平均薪(xin)酬(chou)不難發現,臨沂、濰坊兩(liang)市(shi),當(dang)地(di)(di)白(bai)領(ling)薪(xin)酬(chou)雖不及(ji)青(qing)島(dao)、濟(ji)南(nan),但是(shi)當(dang)地(di)(di)白(bai)領(ling)通勤(qin)(qin)成本(ben)(ben)已出現反超(chao);除此(ci)之外(wai),淄博白(bai)領(ling)每(mei)(mei)(mei)月通勤(qin)(qin)成本(ben)(ben)也相對(dui)較(jiao)高為612元;僅(jin)以(yi)上5市(shi)白(bai)領(ling)每(mei)(mei)(mei)月通勤(qin)(qin)成本(ben)(ben)在(zai)600元以(yi)上,其他城市(shi)間雖有差距,基本(ben)(ben)維持560元左(zuo)右。總體來看,通勤(qin)(qin)花費已占到各地(di)(di)白(bai)領(ling)每(mei)(mei)(mei)月收入的十分之一。

通(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)成本的(de)(de)高低(di)與當(dang)地交通(tong)(tong)建設有著直(zhi)接關系,濟青(qing)(qing)兩地發(fa)達(da)的(de)(de)交通(tong)(tong)網絡勢必在一定程度上降低(di)了(le)當(dang)地白(bai)(bai)領(ling)的(de)(de)通(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)成本。而通(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)方式也(ye)是(shi)不可忽略的(de)(de)重要因(yin)素,據(ju)齊魯(lu)人才網調查顯示,臨沂、濰坊兩市(shi)(shi)白(bai)(bai)領(ling)更(geng)青(qing)(qing)睞自駕車通(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin),這勢必導(dao)致通(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)成本的(de)(de)高昂。雖然他們身處三四線(xian)城市(shi)(shi),薪酬(chou)不及在一二線(xian)城市(shi)(shi)打(da)拼奮斗的(de)(de)白(bai)(bai)領(ling),但生(sheng)活壓力也(ye)相對較小,往往都有著不錯的(de)(de)生(sheng)活質量(liang),因(yin)此其通(tong)(tong)勤(qin)(qin)無(wu)疑更(geng)注重“舒(shu)適性”而非“性價(jia)比”。

過半白領為“夜歸族”,加班頻繁成重要因素

通過(guo)上(shang)(shang)圖山東白(bai)領(ling)每日到(dao)(dao)家(jia)(jia)(jia)時(shi)間段可見,目前僅有32.1%的(de)白(bai)領(ling)能在7點之前回(hui)家(jia)(jia)(jia);過(guo)半白(bai)領(ling)為“夜歸族”,即8點以后才能到(dao)(dao)家(jia)(jia)(jia);其中8點-9點到(dao)(dao)家(jia)(jia)(jia)人數最(zui)多,占比為30.5%;更有6.31%的(de)白(bai)領(ling)到(dao)(dao)家(jia)(jia)(jia)時(shi)間在10點以后。對此有白(bai)領(ling)表(biao)示(shi):“大部分(fen)的(de)精力(li)耗費在上(shang)(shang)下班的(de)路(lu)上(shang)(shang),回(hui)到(dao)(dao)家(jia)(jia)(jia)累得只(zhi)想(xiang)躺在床上(shang)(shang)”,“曾經(jing)馳騁四方的(de)夢(meng)想(xiang),被生活結(jie)結(jie)實(shi)實(shi)的(de)打(da)了一(yi)巴掌(zhang)”,由(you)此可見,用生命(ming)在通勤,真是一(yi)點兒(er)也不夸(kua)張。

除了長(chang)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)通(tong)勤,加班(ban)也是(shi)導致眾多白領(ling)“夜歸”的重要因素(su)。就加班(ban)崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)排行(xing)榜來看,軟(ruan)件工程(cheng)師也就是(shi)我們常說的“程(cheng)序猿”成(cheng)為(wei)當前山東加班(ban)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)最長(chang)的崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei),其(qi)平均(jun)加班(ban)時(shi)(shi)長(chang)為(wei)4.8小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)!除此之外(wai),新媒體運營、文案/策劃、游戲開發崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)加班(ban)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)也相對較(jiao)長(chang),均(jun)在4小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)以上。
