按(an)照(zhao)《山東省事業單位(wei)公(gong)開招(zhao)聘(pin)人員實施辦(ban)法》(魯人發〔2006〕23號(hao))和《煙(yan)臺市事業單位(wei)公(gong)開招(zhao)聘(pin)人員實施細(xi)則(試行)》(煙(yan)人〔2007〕58號(hao))等(deng)規(gui)定,萊州市2014年擬公(gong)開招(zhao)聘(pin)高層次教師20名,現公(gong)告如(ru)下(xia):
一、招聘范圍和條件
(一)具有中華(hua)人民(min)(min)共和國國籍,享有公民(min)(min)的政(zheng)治權利。
(二)擁護中國共產(chan)黨的領導,熱愛社會主義(yi)。
(三)遵紀(ji)守(shou)法,品行端(duan)正(zheng),具有良好的職業道德。
(四)2014年應屆全日制研究生(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)(本科須為師范類畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng))可以應聘。應聘人員須于(yu)2014年7月(yue)底前按(an)期畢(bi)業(ye)并取得相(xiang)應學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷和學(xue)(xue)(xue)位證書(留學(xue)(xue)(xue)歸國人員可參(can)加報考,須于(yu)報名前取得教育部留學(xue)(xue)(xue)服務(wu)中心出具的學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷和學(xue)(xue)(xue)位認(ren)證手續(xu))。應聘人員研究生(sheng)所(suo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)專(zhuan)業(ye)須與本科所(suo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)專(zhuan)業(ye)(畢(bi)業(ye)證所(suo)載專(zhuan)業(ye))方向一致,本科所(suo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)專(zhuan)業(ye)須與崗位專(zhuan)業(ye)要(yao)求(qiu)一致。
(五)應(ying)(ying)聘(pin)人員(yuan)須具備獲取應(ying)(ying)聘(pin)學段及以(yi)上教師資(zi)格的認定條件。
(六(liu))身體健康,符(fu)合崗位聘用健康標準。

二、招聘崗位和計劃
招聘計劃共20名,其中(zhong)(zhong)萊(lai)州(zhou)(zhou)市第一中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)教師(shi)(shi)崗(gang)位8名,萊(lai)州(zhou)(zhou)市城區初中(zhong)(zhong)學(xue)校教師(shi)(shi)崗(gang)位12名。
三、招聘辦法
(一)報名
1、報名時間及地點
報(bao)名采(cai)取(qu)統一時(shi)間、現場報(bao)名的(de)方法進行。每人限(xian)報(bao)一個招聘(pin)(pin)崗位。應(ying)聘(pin)(pin)人員(yuan)偽(wei)造學歷(li)證明及(ji)其(qi)他證件(jian)騙取(qu)考(kao)試資格(ge)的(de),給予取(qu)消本次應(ying)聘(pin)(pin)資格(ge)且5年內不得(de)應(ying)聘(pin)(pin)我市事(shi)業單位的(de)處理。
報名時間:2014年3月13日—14日。
報名地點:萊州(zhou)市招生辦(ban)公室三樓會議室(文化東(dong)(dong)街,萊州(zhou)市教體局(ju)東(dong)(dong))。
2、報名辦法
應聘人員報名時,填寫報名登記表、應聘誠信承(cheng)諾(nuo)書(shu),提(ti)(ti)交(jiao)院校教務處出具(ju)的(de)(de)研究生學(xue)(xue)歷及專(zhuan)業(ye)證(zheng)明(ming)信(或(huo)就業(ye)推薦書(shu))、身份證(zheng)、本科(ke)畢業(ye)證(zheng)等原件及復印件(其中留學(xue)(xue)歸國人員須提(ti)(ti)交(jiao)教育部留學(xue)(xue)服務中心出具(ju)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)歷和學(xue)(xue)位(wei)(wei)認證(zheng)證(zheng)明(ming)原件及復印件),已(yi)經就業(ye)或(huo)簽(qian)訂就業(ye)協議書(shu)的(de)(de)畢業(ye)生須出具(ju)用人單(dan)位(wei)(wei)同意報考證(zheng)明(ming)信。近期一寸(cun)同底版免冠彩色照片3張。報名資格(ge)初審合格(ge)的(de)(de),按筆試科(ke)目每科(ke)40元繳納筆試考務費。

3、資格審查
資格審(shen)查(cha)貫穿招聘工作全(quan)過程。初審(shen)合(he)格的,發給準考證。
(二)考試
招聘考試(shi)(shi)實行筆(bi)試(shi)(shi)和講課測試(shi)(shi)相結(jie)合的(de)辦法。
1、筆試
筆(bi)試時間為3月16日。筆(bi)試具體時間、地點等相(xiang)關事宜見準考證。
筆(bi)試內(nei)容(rong)為教學(xue)基(ji)(ji)礎知(zhi)識和專業(ye)(ye)(ye)課(ke)基(ji)(ji)礎知(zhi)識兩科。教學(xue)基(ji)(ji)礎知(zhi)識主要包括教育(yu)學(xue)、心(xin)理學(xue)、教師(shi)法、教師(shi)資格條例、教師(shi)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)道德規(gui)范等與(yu)教學(xue)實踐有關的內(nei)容(rong)。專業(ye)(ye)(ye)課(ke)基(ji)(ji)礎知(zhi)識為所(suo)應聘崗位(wei)高中段知(zhi)識。按教學(xue)基(ji)(ji)礎知(zhi)識和專業(ye)(ye)(ye)課(ke)基(ji)(ji)礎知(zhi)識分別(bie)占(zhan)40%、60%的比例百分制計(ji)算筆(bi)試成績。
應聘人(ren)員(yuan)須參加(jia)規(gui)定(ding)的全部科目考試(shi),其成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)方可(ke)有(you)效。筆試(shi)結(jie)束后,根(gen)據筆試(shi)情況確定(ding)筆試(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)合(he)格線。在筆試(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)合(he)格線以上,由高分到(dao)低分,按招聘崗位計劃的3倍比例(li)確定(ding)進(jin)入(ru)面試(shi)范圍人(ren)選(xuan)。筆試(shi)合(he)格人(ren)數達不到(dao)規(gui)定(ding)比例(li)的,按實有(you)合(he)格人(ren)數確定(ding)進(jin)入(ru)面試(shi)范圍人(ren)選(xuan)。出現空缺(que)的,取消(xiao)招聘計劃。筆試(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)(ji)及進(jin)入(ru)面試(shi)范圍人(ren)員(yuan)名(ming)單(dan)在萊(lai)州(zhou)人(ren)事人(ren)才(cai)網公布(bu)。
2、面試
進入面試(shi)范圍人員繳納面試(shi)考務(wu)費(fei)70元,享受減(jian)免(mian)筆試(shi)考務(wu)費(fei)的(de)人員,免(mian)繳面試(shi)考務(wu)費(fei)。
面試采取講課(ke)測(ce)試方式,講課(ke)測(ce)試內(nei)容為高(gao)中(zhong)學段、所應聘(pin)崗位的現行教材。面試時間等具體事(shi)宜(yi)另行通(tong)知。
面(mian)試實行(xing)百(bai)分制。為(wei)保證人員素質,面(mian)試成(cheng)績低于60分的(de),不予聘用。
面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)結(jie)束后,按(an)筆(bi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)、面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)各占(zhan)50%的(de)(de)比例(li)百分(fen)制計(ji)(ji)算考(kao)(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)。面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)、考(kao)(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)均計(ji)(ji)算到小數(shu)點(dian)后兩位(wei)(wei)數(shu),尾(wei)數(shu)四舍(she)五入(ru)。根據(ju)考(kao)(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji),分(fen)招聘(pin)崗位(wei)(wei),由高分(fen)到低分(fen)按(an)招聘(pin)計(ji)(ji)劃2倍確定(ding)體(ti)檢考(kao)(kao)(kao)核范(fan)圍(wei)人(ren)(ren)員。同(tong)一招聘(pin)崗位(wei)(wei)出(chu)現(xian)考(kao)(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)相同(tong)且影響聘(pin)用的(de)(de),按(an)筆(bi)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)排序(xu)。成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)仍相同(tong)的(de)(de),依(yi)次按(an)博(bo)士(shi)、碩士(shi)、省級(ji)優秀畢業生的(de)(de)順(shun)序(xu)排序(xu)。仍不能確定(ding)的(de)(de),則組織考(kao)(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)相同(tong)人(ren)(ren)員進行面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),并依(yi)重(zhong)新面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)后的(de)(de)考(kao)(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)排序(xu)確定(ding)進入(ru)體(ti)檢考(kao)(kao)(kao)核范(fan)圍(wei)人(ren)(ren)員。進入(ru)體(ti)檢考(kao)(kao)(kao)核范(fan)圍(wei)人(ren)(ren)員名(ming)單在萊州人(ren)(ren)事人(ren)(ren)才網公(gong)布。
(三)體檢和考核
體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)范(fan)圍人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)確定后,分(fen)招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)崗(gang)位,依考(kao)(kao)(kao)試總成(cheng)績(ji)由(you)高分(fen)到低分(fen)按招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)計劃等額(e)(e)對應聘(pin)(pin)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)。如(ru)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)均合格,不(bu)再對其(qi)他進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)范(fan)圍的(de)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)。對體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)不(bu)合格或棄權造(zao)成(cheng)的(de)空缺,從該招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)崗(gang)位其(qi)他進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)考(kao)(kao)(kao)核(he)范(fan)圍的(de)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)中按考(kao)(kao)(kao)試總成(cheng)績(ji)由(you)高分(fen)到低分(fen)依次等額(e)(e)遞補。

2、考(kao)核。對體(ti)檢合格人員,按照德才兼備(bei)的(de)標準和聘用崗位(wei)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)進行考(kao)核,全面了(le)解被考(kao)核對象的(de)政治思想、道德品質、能力素質、學習和工作表現、遵紀守(shou)法、廉潔自律(lv)以及(ji)是否需要(yao)(yao)回避等方面的(de)情況,并對考(kao)核對象進行資格復審(shen)。
(四)聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)。對體檢考核(he)合格的(de)(de)擬聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)人員,在萊州人事(shi)人才(cai)網上(shang)公示,公示期(qi)7個工作(zuo)日。公示期(qi)滿后(hou),對沒有(you)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)或反映問(wen)題(ti)(ti)不(bu)影響聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)的(de)(de),按規定(ding)(ding)程(cheng)序辦理(li)聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)手續(xu)。對有(you)嚴(yan)重(zhong)問(wen)題(ti)(ti)并(bing)查(cha)(cha)實(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de),不(bu)予(yu)聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)。對反映有(you)嚴(yan)重(zhong)問(wen)題(ti)(ti),但一(yi)時(shi)難以查(cha)(cha)實(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de),暫緩(huan)聘(pin)(pin)用(yong),待查(cha)(cha)實(shi)(shi)(shi)并(bing)做出結論后(hou)再決定(ding)(ding)是否聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)。聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)人員是應屆全(quan)日制統(tong)招畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)生的(de)(de),簽訂就(jiu)業(ye)協議書,并(bing)于正式畢(bi)(bi)業(ye)后(hou)在規定(ding)(ding)時(shi)間內(nei)辦理(li)聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)手續(xu)。如果不(bu)能如期(qi)畢(bi)(bi)業(ye),或無正當理(li)由未在規定(ding)(ding)時(shi)間內(nei)報到,或經(jing)(jing)審查(cha)(cha)不(bu)符合招聘(pin)(pin)條件的(de)(de),取(qu)消其聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)資格。應聘(pin)(pin)城(cheng)區初(chu)中學校崗位的(de)(de)擬聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)人員,具(ju)體聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)單(dan)位由組織統(tong)一(yi)確定(ding)(ding),不(bu)服從組織安(an)排(pai)的(de)(de)取(qu)消聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)資格。新聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)人員實(shi)(shi)(shi)行試用(yong)期(qi)制度,試用(yong)期(qi)滿經(jing)(jing)考核(he)不(bu)合格的(de)(de),解除聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)合同。因考生棄(qi)權(quan)或被取(qu)消聘(pin)(pin)用(yong)資格的(de)(de)崗位,不(bu)再予(yu)以遞補。
