按(an)照《山東省事(shi)業單(dan)(dan)位(wei)公(gong)(gong)開招(zhao)聘(pin)人(ren)員(yuan)實(shi)施(shi)辦法》(魯人(ren)發〔2006〕23號)和《煙(yan)臺市(shi)事(shi)業單(dan)(dan)位(wei)公(gong)(gong)開招(zhao)聘(pin)人(ren)員(yuan)實(shi)施(shi)細則(試行)》(煙(yan)人(ren)〔2007〕58號)等規定,萊州市(shi)2014年擬(ni)公(gong)(gong)開招(zhao)聘(pin)高層次(ci)教師20名(ming),現公(gong)(gong)告如(ru)下:
一、招聘范圍和條件
(一)具有中華人民共和(he)國(guo)國(guo)籍(ji),享有公(gong)民的政治權利。
(二(er))擁護中國共產(chan)黨的領導,熱愛社(she)會主義。
(三)遵紀守法(fa),品行端正,具有良好的職業道德。
(四)2014年應(ying)屆(jie)全日制研究生(sheng)學(xue)歷畢業(ye)生(sheng)(本(ben)科(ke)(ke)須(xu)為師(shi)范(fan)類畢業(ye)生(sheng))可以應(ying)聘(pin)。應(ying)聘(pin)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)須(xu)于(yu)2014年7月底前(qian)按(an)期畢業(ye)并(bing)取得相應(ying)學(xue)歷和學(xue)位(wei)(wei)證(zheng)書(留學(xue)歸國人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)可參加報(bao)考,須(xu)于(yu)報(bao)名前(qian)取得教育部留學(xue)服務中心出具的學(xue)歷和學(xue)位(wei)(wei)認證(zheng)手(shou)續(xu))。應(ying)聘(pin)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)研究生(sheng)所學(xue)專業(ye)須(xu)與(yu)本(ben)科(ke)(ke)所學(xue)專業(ye)(畢業(ye)證(zheng)所載專業(ye))方(fang)向(xiang)一致(zhi),本(ben)科(ke)(ke)所學(xue)專業(ye)須(xu)與(yu)崗位(wei)(wei)專業(ye)要求一致(zhi)。
(五)應(ying)聘人員(yuan)須(xu)具備獲取應(ying)聘學(xue)段及以(yi)上教師資格的認定條件。
(六)身體健康(kang),符合崗位聘用健康(kang)標準。

二、招聘崗位和計劃
招聘計(ji)劃共20名(ming)(ming),其中萊州市第一中學教師(shi)崗位(wei)8名(ming)(ming),萊州市城區初中學校教師(shi)崗位(wei)12名(ming)(ming)。
三、招聘辦法
(一)報名
1、報名時間及地點
報名采取統一(yi)時(shi)間、現場報名的(de)(de)方法進行。每人限報一(yi)個(ge)招聘崗位。應聘人員偽造(zao)學歷(li)證明及其(qi)他證件騙取考試(shi)資格的(de)(de),給予取消本次應聘資格且5年內不(bu)得(de)應聘我(wo)市事業(ye)單位的(de)(de)處理(li)。
報名時(shi)間(jian):2014年3月(yue)13日—14日。
報(bao)名地點:萊(lai)州市招生(sheng)辦公室三樓會議(yi)室(文化東(dong)街(jie),萊(lai)州市教(jiao)體局東(dong))。
2、報名辦法
應聘人(ren)員報(bao)名(ming)時,填寫報(bao)名(ming)登記表(biao)、應聘誠信(xin)承諾書,提交院(yuan)校教務(wu)處出(chu)(chu)具(ju)的(de)研究生學(xue)歷及專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)證(zheng)明(ming)信(xin)(或就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)推(tui)薦書)、身份證(zheng)、本科(ke)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)證(zheng)等原件及復(fu)印件(其中留學(xue)歸國(guo)人(ren)員須(xu)提交教育部留學(xue)服務(wu)中心(xin)出(chu)(chu)具(ju)的(de)學(xue)歷和學(xue)位(wei)認證(zheng)證(zheng)明(ming)原件及復(fu)印件),已經就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)或簽訂就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)協議(yi)書的(de)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生須(xu)出(chu)(chu)具(ju)用人(ren)單位(wei)同意報(bao)考證(zheng)明(ming)信(xin)。近期一寸(cun)同底版免(mian)冠彩色照片3張。報(bao)名(ming)資格初審合格的(de),按(an)筆(bi)試(shi)科(ke)目(mu)每科(ke)40元繳納(na)筆(bi)試(shi)考務(wu)費。
符合(he)減免(mian)考務費(fei)用條件的(de)應聘(pin)人員(yuan),須在(zai)報(bao)名(ming)時攜帶有關證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)明(ming)(ming)材料辦理確(que)認(ren)(ren)和(he)減免(mian)手續。證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)明(ming)(ming)材料包括(kuo):城鎮低保(bao)家(jia)庭(ting)(ting)大(da)學生,提交(jiao)家(jia)庭(ting)(ting)所在(zai)地的(de)縣(xian)(區、市)民政部門(men)出具(ju)(ju)的(de)享受(shou)最(zui)低生活保(bao)障(zhang)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)明(ming)(ming)和(he)低保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)及復印件。農村(cun)特(te)困大(da)學生,提交(jiao)家(jia)庭(ting)(ting)所在(zai)地的(de)縣(xian)(區、市)扶貧(pin)辦(部門(men))出具(ju)(ju)的(de)特(te)困證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)明(ming)(ming)和(he)特(te)困家(jia)庭(ting)(ting)基本(ben)情況(kuang)檔(dang)案卡及復印件,或者(zhe)出具(ju)(ju)原(yuan)省(sheng)人事廳、省(sheng)教(jiao)育廳核發的(de)《山(shan)東省(sheng)特(te)困家(jia)庭(ting)(ting)高校(xiao)畢業(ye)生就業(ye)服(fu)務卡》。證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)明(ming)(ming)材料出具(ju)(ju)不全的(de)不予確(que)認(ren)(ren)。
3、資格審查
資格審查貫(guan)穿招聘工作全(quan)過程(cheng)。初(chu)審合格的,發給準考證。
(二)考試
招(zhao)聘考試(shi)實行(xing)筆試(shi)和講課(ke)測(ce)試(shi)相結合的辦(ban)法。
1、筆試
筆(bi)(bi)試時間為3月16日。筆(bi)(bi)試具體時間、地點等相(xiang)關事宜見準考證。
筆(bi)試(shi)內容為教學(xue)(xue)基礎知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)識(shi)(shi)和專業課(ke)(ke)基礎知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)識(shi)(shi)兩(liang)科(ke)。教學(xue)(xue)基礎知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)識(shi)(shi)主(zhu)要(yao)包(bao)括教育(yu)學(xue)(xue)、心理學(xue)(xue)、教師法、教師資格條例、教師職(zhi)業道德規(gui)范等與(yu)教學(xue)(xue)實踐有關(guan)的內容。專業課(ke)(ke)基礎知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)識(shi)(shi)為所應聘崗位(wei)高(gao)中段知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)識(shi)(shi)。按(an)教學(xue)(xue)基礎知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)識(shi)(shi)和專業課(ke)(ke)基礎知(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)識(shi)(shi)分別占40%、60%的比例百(bai)分制(zhi)計算筆(bi)試(shi)成績。
應(ying)聘人(ren)員(yuan)須參加規定的(de)全部科目考試(shi)(shi),其成績(ji)方(fang)可有效。筆(bi)試(shi)(shi)結(jie)束后,根據(ju)筆(bi)試(shi)(shi)情況確定筆(bi)試(shi)(shi)成績(ji)合格(ge)線。在筆(bi)試(shi)(shi)成績(ji)合格(ge)線以(yi)上(shang),由高分到(dao)低(di)分,按招聘崗位計劃的(de)3倍(bei)比例(li)確定進入面試(shi)(shi)范圍人(ren)選。筆(bi)試(shi)(shi)合格(ge)人(ren)數達不到(dao)規定比例(li)的(de),按實有合格(ge)人(ren)數確定進入面試(shi)(shi)范圍人(ren)選。出現空(kong)缺(que)的(de),取(qu)消招聘計劃。筆(bi)試(shi)(shi)成績(ji)及(ji)進入面試(shi)(shi)范圍人(ren)員(yuan)名單在萊州人(ren)事人(ren)才網公布。
2、面試
進(jin)入面(mian)試(shi)范圍人(ren)員繳納(na)面(mian)試(shi)考(kao)務(wu)(wu)費(fei)70元,享受減免(mian)筆試(shi)考(kao)務(wu)(wu)費(fei)的人(ren)員,免(mian)繳面(mian)試(shi)考(kao)務(wu)(wu)費(fei)。
面(mian)試(shi)采取講課測試(shi)方式,講課測試(shi)內容為高(gao)中(zhong)學(xue)段、所應聘崗位的現行(xing)教(jiao)材。面(mian)試(shi)時間等(deng)具體事宜另行(xing)通知。
面(mian)試實行百分制。為保(bao)證人員素質,面(mian)試成(cheng)績低于60分的,不予聘(pin)用。
面(mian)試(shi)(shi)結束(shu)后,按(an)筆試(shi)(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)、面(mian)試(shi)(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)各占50%的(de)(de)(de)(de)比(bi)例百分制計(ji)算(suan)考(kao)(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)。面(mian)試(shi)(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)、考(kao)(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)均計(ji)算(suan)到小數點后兩位(wei)(wei)(wei)數,尾(wei)數四舍五入(ru)。根據(ju)考(kao)(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji),分招聘(pin)崗位(wei)(wei)(wei),由(you)高分到低(di)分按(an)招聘(pin)計(ji)劃2倍(bei)確定(ding)體(ti)檢(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)(kao)核范(fan)圍人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)。同(tong)一招聘(pin)崗位(wei)(wei)(wei)出現考(kao)(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)相(xiang)同(tong)且影響(xiang)聘(pin)用的(de)(de)(de)(de),按(an)筆試(shi)(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)排序(xu)。成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)仍相(xiang)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de),依次按(an)博(bo)士、碩士、省級優秀畢業生的(de)(de)(de)(de)順序(xu)排序(xu)。仍不能確定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de),則組織考(kao)(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)相(xiang)同(tong)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)進(jin)行(xing)面(mian)試(shi)(shi),并依重新(xin)面(mian)試(shi)(shi)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)考(kao)(kao)(kao)試(shi)(shi)總(zong)(zong)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)(ji)排序(xu)確定(ding)進(jin)入(ru)體(ti)檢(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)(kao)核范(fan)圍人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)。進(jin)入(ru)體(ti)檢(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)(kao)核范(fan)圍人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)名單(dan)在萊(lai)州人(ren)(ren)事人(ren)(ren)才網公布(bu)。
(三)體檢和考核
體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)核(he)范圍人員(yuan)(yuan)確定后(hou),分(fen)招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)崗(gang)位,依(yi)考(kao)(kao)試總成績由高(gao)分(fen)到低分(fen)按招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)計劃等(deng)額對應(ying)聘(pin)(pin)人員(yuan)(yuan)進行(xing)(xing)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)核(he)。如體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)核(he)均合格,不再對其(qi)他進入(ru)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)核(he)范圍的(de)人員(yuan)(yuan)進行(xing)(xing)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)核(he)。對體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)核(he)不合格或棄權造成的(de)空(kong)缺(que),從該招(zhao)聘(pin)(pin)崗(gang)位其(qi)他進入(ru)體(ti)(ti)檢(jian)(jian)(jian)考(kao)(kao)核(he)范圍的(de)人員(yuan)(yuan)中按考(kao)(kao)試總成績由高(gao)分(fen)到低分(fen)依(yi)次等(deng)額遞(di)補。

2、考核(he)。對(dui)體(ti)檢合格(ge)人員,按照(zhao)德才兼備的(de)(de)標準和(he)聘用崗位要求進行考核(he),全面了(le)解被考核(he)對(dui)象的(de)(de)政治(zhi)思想、道(dao)德品質(zhi)、能力素質(zhi)、學習和(he)工作表現(xian)、遵紀守(shou)法、廉潔自(zi)律以(yi)及是否(fou)需要回避等方面的(de)(de)情況(kuang),并對(dui)考核(he)對(dui)象進行資格(ge)復審。
(四(si))聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。對體檢考(kao)核合(he)(he)格(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)(de)擬聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)人員(yuan),在萊州人事人才網上公示(shi),公示(shi)期7個(ge)工作日(ri)。公示(shi)期滿后,對沒有(you)問(wen)題(ti)或(huo)反(fan)映(ying)問(wen)題(ti)不(bu)影(ying)響聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de),按規(gui)(gui)定(ding)程(cheng)序辦理(li)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)手(shou)續(xu)。對有(you)嚴重問(wen)題(ti)并(bing)查(cha)(cha)實的(de)(de)(de),不(bu)予聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。對反(fan)映(ying)有(you)嚴重問(wen)題(ti),但一(yi)時難以(yi)查(cha)(cha)實的(de)(de)(de),暫緩聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong),待(dai)查(cha)(cha)實并(bing)做出結論(lun)后再(zai)決定(ding)是否聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)人員(yuan)是應屆(jie)全日(ri)制統招畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)生的(de)(de)(de),簽訂就業(ye)(ye)協議書,并(bing)于正式畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)后在規(gui)(gui)定(ding)時間內(nei)辦理(li)聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)手(shou)續(xu)。如(ru)果不(bu)能(neng)如(ru)期畢(bi)業(ye)(ye),或(huo)無正當(dang)理(li)由未(wei)在規(gui)(gui)定(ding)時間內(nei)報到,或(huo)經審查(cha)(cha)不(bu)符合(he)(he)招聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)條件的(de)(de)(de),取消其聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)資格(ge)(ge)。應聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)城區初(chu)中(zhong)學校崗(gang)位(wei)的(de)(de)(de)擬聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)人員(yuan),具體聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)單位(wei)由組(zu)織統一(yi)確定(ding),不(bu)服從(cong)組(zu)織安(an)排的(de)(de)(de)取消聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)資格(ge)(ge)。新聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)人員(yuan)實行試用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)期制度,試用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)期滿經考(kao)核不(bu)合(he)(he)格(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)(de),解除聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)合(he)(he)同。因考(kao)生棄權或(huo)被(bei)取消聘(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)(pin)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)資格(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)(de)崗(gang)位(wei),不(bu)再(zai)予以(yi)遞補。
