按照《山(shan)東(dong)省事業(ye)單位(wei)公(gong)(gong)開(kai)招(zhao)(zhao)聘人(ren)(ren)員實施(shi)辦法》(魯(lu)人(ren)(ren)發(fa)〔2006〕23號)和(he)《煙(yan)臺市(shi)事業(ye)單位(wei)公(gong)(gong)開(kai)招(zhao)(zhao)聘人(ren)(ren)員實施(shi)細則(試行)》(煙(yan)人(ren)(ren)〔2007〕58號)規(gui)定,2013年煙(yan)臺市(shi)福山(shan)區事業(ye)單位(wei)擬面向社會公(gong)(gong)開(kai)招(zhao)(zhao)聘工作人(ren)(ren)員169名(崗位(wei)要求詳(xiang)見附表)。現公(gong)(gong)告如下(xia):

一、招聘對象和條件

(一(yi))具有(you)中華人(ren)民共和國(guo)國(guo)籍,享有(you)公(gong)民的政(zheng)治(zhi)權利。

(二)遵紀守法(fa),勤(qin)奮敬業,具有良好的(de)品行和職(zhi)業道德(de)。

(三)身體(ti)健康,具有正常履(lv)行(xing)職責的身體(ti)條件。

(四)2013年全(quan)日制普通(tong)高等學校應屆(jie)畢業生(sheng)不受年齡限制,其他報(bao)考人員(yuan)報(bao)考除崗位(wei)另有要(yao)求外,須(xu)1987年1月(yue)(yue)1日及(ji)以后(hou)出生(sheng)(研究生(sheng)及(ji)以上(shang)學歷(li)或具有招聘崗位(wei)兩年以上(shang)工(gong)作經歷(li)的,可放寬到(dao)1981年1月(yue)(yue)1日及(ji)以后(hou)出生(sheng))。

(五(wu))海(hai)外(wai)留學(xue)(xue)(xue)人員獲得(de)國務院學(xue)(xue)(xue)位(wei)委員會和教育(yu)部(bu)授權教育(yu)部(bu)留學(xue)(xue)(xue)服務中心出(chu)具的學(xue)(xue)(xue)位(wei)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)認證后,可報考招聘同(tong)等學(xue)(xue)(xue)歷(li)層次的崗位(wei)。

(六(liu))符合(he)國家法律、法規、政策規定和(he)招聘崗位要求的(de)其他所(suo)有資格條件(jian)。

煙(yan)(yan)臺市生(sheng)(sheng)源參(can)加(jia)我(wo)省招(zhao)募或外地生(sheng)(sheng)源參(can)加(jia)煙(yan)(yan)臺市招(zhao)募的“大學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)志愿服(fu)務(wu)(wu)西部(bu)計劃(hua)”、“選派(pai)高(gao)校(xiao)畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)到(dao)村任職”、“三(san)支一扶(fu)”等基(ji)層(ceng)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)項目(mu)的高(gao)校(xiao)畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)(以下簡稱“基(ji)層(ceng)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)”),符合(he)崗位招(zhao)聘條件(jian)、服(fu)務(wu)(wu)期滿兩(liang)年(nian)(nian)、年(nian)(nian)度考核合(he)格、3年(nian)(nian)內(2009年(nian)(nian)、2010年(nian)(nian)、2011年(nian)(nian)招(zhao)募和(he)選派(pai))應聘的,可報(bao)考面向基(ji)層(ceng)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)招(zhao)聘崗位。

報考人(ren)員學歷證(zheng)書所載專業須與招聘崗位專業要求(qiu)相一致(zhi),每人(ren)限報一個崗位。

公(gong)開(kai)招聘(pin)人員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)回(hui)避(bi)問題,參(can)照中共(gong)中央組織部(bu)(bu)、人力資源和社會保障部(bu)(bu)《關于印發<公(gong)務員(yuan)(yuan)回(hui)避(bi)規(gui)(gui)定(ding)(試(shi)行)>的(de)(de)(de)(de)通知》(中組發〔2011〕31號)任職(zhi)回(hui)避(bi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)有關規(gui)(gui)定(ding),報(bao)考(kao)人員(yuan)(yuan)不得報(bao)考(kao)與本人有應(ying)(ying)(ying)回(hui)避(bi)親屬關系的(de)(de)(de)(de)單位或崗位。在讀全日(ri)制普通高(gao)(gao)等(deng)院(yuan)校(xiao)非應(ying)(ying)(ying)屆(jie)畢(bi)業生、現(xian)役軍(jun)人、曾受過刑事處罰(fa)或被開(kai)除(chu)公(gong)職(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)人員(yuan)(yuan)、2009年以來在各級公(gong)務員(yuan)(yuan)考(kao)錄和事業單位公(gong)開(kai)招聘(pin)中被認(ren)定(ding)有作(zuo)弊行為的(de)(de)(de)(de)人員(yuan)(yuan)以及法(fa)律(lv)、法(fa)規(gui)(gui)規(gui)(gui)定(ding)不得應(ying)(ying)(ying)聘(pin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)其他情形(xing)人員(yuan)(yuan),不得參(can)加(jia)報(bao)考(kao)。在讀全日(ri)制普通高(gao)(gao)等(deng)院(yuan)校(xiao)非應(ying)(ying)(ying)屆(jie)畢(bi)業生不得以已取得的(de)(de)(de)(de)學歷學位作(zuo)為報(bao)考(kao)條件參(can)加(jia)招考(kao)。

二、報名

報名采取(qu)統一時(shi)間、現場(chang)報名、現場(chang)資格初審、現場(chang)繳費(fei)的(de)方式進行(xing)。按照(zhao)魯價費(fei)函(han)〔2008〕13號文件(jian)的(de)規定,通過資格初審的(de)報名人員當場(chang)繳費(fei),筆試考務費(fei)收取(qu)標準(zhun)為每人每科(ke)40元(yuan)。

(一)報名時間與地點

1、報(bao)名時間(jian):2013年9月13日—9月15日上午(wu):8:30—11:30;下午(wu):2:00—5:00。

2、報名(ming)地點:煙臺市福(fu)山(shan)區人力資源(yuan)市場(福(fu)山(shan)區福(fu)海(hai)路(lu)152號,原勞動局大(da)樓一(yi)樓大(da)廳內)。

(二)具體要求

應(ying)聘人(ren)員(yuan)報(bao)名(ming)時,須提交(jiao)填寫完整的(de)《煙臺市(shi)福(fu)山區公開招聘工(gong)作人(ren)員(yuan)報(bao)名(ming)登記表》和親筆簽名(ming)的(de)《應(ying)聘事(shi)業(ye)單位(wei)工(gong)作人(ren)員(yuan)誠(cheng)信承諾書》、近(jin)期一寸同底版正面免冠彩色(se)照片3張以及學歷證(zheng)書、學位(wei)證(zheng)書、身份證(zheng)(或戶口所(suo)在地(di)派出(chu)所(suo)出(chu)具的(de)帶有出(chu)生日期的(de)戶籍(ji)證(zheng)明)等(deng)證(zheng)明材料(liao)的(de)原件(jian)及復(fu)印(yin)件(jian)。

同(tong)時提(ti)交下列證明材料(liao)(原(yuan)件(jian)及復印件(jian)):

1、擇業(ye)(ye)(ye)期內未派(pai)遣的(de)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生須提交畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)主管機(ji)關簽發的(de)報(bao)到證(zheng),已經簽訂就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)(ye)協議書的(de)畢業(ye)(ye)(ye)生還須用人(ren)單位(wei)出具同意(yi)報(bao)考證(zheng)明。

2、有工作單(dan)位(wei)的(de)報(bao)考人(ren)(ren)員須提交與(yu)用人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)簽訂的(de)勞動合(he)同(tong)(聘(pin)用合(he)同(tong))、具(ju)(ju)有人(ren)(ren)事管理(li)(li)(li)權限部門或單(dan)位(wei)出具(ju)(ju)的(de)同(tong)意(yi)報(bao)考證(zheng)明信(xin)(實行(xing)集體人(ren)(ren)事代(dai)(dai)理(li)(li)(li)的(de),除用人(ren)(ren)單(dan)位(wei)出具(ju)(ju)同(tong)意(yi)報(bao)考證(zheng)明信(xin)外,還須人(ren)(ren)事代(dai)(dai)理(li)(li)(li)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)出具(ju)(ju)人(ren)(ren)事代(dai)(dai)理(li)(li)(li)證(zheng)明信(xin);實行(xing)個(ge)人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)事代(dai)(dai)理(li)(li)(li)的(de),由人(ren)(ren)事代(dai)(dai)理(li)(li)(li)機(ji)構(gou)(gou)出具(ju)(ju)個(ge)人(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)事代(dai)(dai)理(li)(li)(li)證(zheng)明信(xin)。證(zheng)明信(xin)式樣(yang)附后(hou))等。

3、招考崗位(wei)有(you)其他要求的,還須(xu)按(an)要求提交其他相(xiang)關(guan)材(cai)料(liao)(如(ru):崗位(wei)工作(zuo)(zuo)年(nian)(nian)限證(zheng)明、有(you)關(guan)資格證(zheng)書(shu)原件(jian)及(ji)復(fu)印件(jian)等)。本次招聘要求:“崗位(wei)工作(zuo)(zuo)年(nian)(nian)限”為人事(shi)檔案在(zai)具(ju)有(you)人事(shi)檔案管理權(quan)限部門(men)管理并按(an)時足額(e)繳納(na)社(she)(she)會保險金的工作(zuo)(zuo)時間(jian),報(bao)考人員人事(shi)檔案未在(zai)具(ju)有(you)人事(shi)檔案管理權(quan)限部門(men)管理或未按(an)規定足額(e)繳納(na)社(she)(she)會保險金的,不認可其相(xiang)關(guan)工作(zuo)(zuo)年(nian)(nian)限。畢業生(sheng)在(zai)校期間(jian)的社(she)(she)會實踐、實習、兼職(zhi)等不計算為工作(zuo)(zuo)年(nian)(nian)限。工作(zuo)(zuo)年(nian)(nian)限按(an)實年(nian)(nian)計算,截止日為2013年(nian)(nian)9月30日。

4、符合條(tiao)件的海外留學歸國(guo)(guo)人員(yuan)須(xu)提交國(guo)(guo)務院(yuan)學位委(wei)員(yuan)會(hui)和教育(yu)部(bu)授權教育(yu)部(bu)留學服務中心出具的學位、學歷認證手續。

5、農村特(te)(te)困(kun)大學生和(he)城市(shi)低保人員(yuan),免(mian)收考(kao)務(wu)費。報名(ming)時須提(ti)(ti)交以下(xia)證(zheng)明材料(liao):省人力資源社會保障(zhang)廳、省教育廳核(he)發的(de)(de)《山東省特(te)(te)困(kun)家庭畢業(ye)(ye)生就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)服務(wu)卡》原件及復(fu)印件;沒(mei)有《山東省特(te)(te)困(kun)家庭畢業(ye)(ye)生就(jiu)業(ye)(ye)服務(wu)卡》的(de)(de),城市(shi)低保人員(yuan)可提(ti)(ti)交家庭所(suo)在(zai)地(di)的(de)(de)縣(xian)(市(shi)、區)民政(zheng)部門出具(ju)的(de)(de)享受最低生活保障(zhang)的(de)(de)證(zheng)明和(he)低保證(zheng)原件及復(fu)印件,農村特(te)(te)困(kun)大學生可提(ti)(ti)交家庭所(suo)在(zai)地(di)的(de)(de)縣(xian)(市(shi)、區)民政(zheng)部門出具(ju)的(de)(de)特(te)(te)困(kun)證(zheng)明和(he)特(te)(te)困(kun)家庭基本情況檔(dang)案(an)卡原件及復(fu)印件。

6、符合條件的(de)基層服務畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng),報名時(shi)須(xu)(xu)提交以(yi)下證(zheng)(zheng)明(ming)材(cai)料:除出(chu)(chu)具(ju)當年畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)就業(ye)主管機構簽發的(de)報到證(zheng)(zheng)外,參加(jia)“選聘高(gao)校畢業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)到村任職”項(xiang)目(mu)的(de)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)還須(xu)(xu)出(chu)(chu)具(ju)縣級以(yi)上組(zu)(zu)織、人(ren)(ren)社(人(ren)(ren)事)部門(men)(men)考核認定的(de)證(zheng)(zheng)明(ming)材(cai)料;參加(jia)“三(san)支(zhi)一(yi)扶”計(ji)劃的(de)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)還須(xu)(xu)出(chu)(chu)具(ju)山(shan)東省“三(san)支(zhi)一(yi)扶”工作(zuo)協調管理辦公室簽發的(de)《招募(mu)通(tong)知(zhi)書》和縣級以(yi)上組(zu)(zu)織、人(ren)(ren)社(人(ren)(ren)事)部門(men)(men)的(de)考核材(cai)料;參加(jia)“大學生(sheng)(sheng)志愿服務西部計(ji)劃”項(xiang)目(mu)的(de)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)還須(xu)(xu)出(chu)(chu)具(ju)共(gong)青(qing)團山(shan)東省委考核認定的(de)證(zheng)(zheng)明(ming)材(cai)料。

未在規(gui)定(ding)報名時間內提交有關材料(liao)的(de),視(shi)為棄權。經審查不(bu)具備(bei)報考(kao)條件的(de),取(qu)消(xiao)其考(kao)試資(zi)格。

(三)其它事項

1、報(bao)名結束后,最(zui)終報(bao)名人數(shu)達不到計(ji)劃聘(pin)用人數(shu)3倍的(de)崗位,按1:3的(de)比例相應核減招(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)計(ji)劃。定(ding)向招(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)崗位核減的(de)招(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)計(ji)劃相應調整到非(fei)定(ding)向招(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)崗位。個別緊(jin)缺專(zhuan)業或(huo)特殊(shu)人才經(jing)區(qu)人力資(zi)源和社會保(bao)障部門批(pi)準,可(ke)適當放(fang)寬報(bao)名條件或(huo)報(bao)考比例。

2、報(bao)名(ming)結束后(hou),招聘崗位取消核減情況以(yi)及筆試時(shi)間、地點等有關(guan)事項,在網上公布。

三、資格審查

對報考(kao)人員(yuan)的資格審查(cha)工(gong)作,貫穿招(zhao)(zhao)考(kao)工(gong)作的全過程(cheng)。對弄虛作假者,一經(jing)發現,無論(lun)招(zhao)(zhao)考(kao)工(gong)作進行(xing)到何階段,取消其考(kao)試、聘(pin)用資格。

四、考試

招聘考試(shi)(shi)實行筆(bi)試(shi)(shi)和面試(shi)(shi)相結(jie)合的辦法。

(一)筆試

1、筆(bi)(bi)試(shi)(shi)科目。筆(bi)(bi)試(shi)(shi)科目為公共基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)知(zhi)識和綜合寫作兩(liang)科,按公共基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)知(zhi)識和綜合寫作6:4的比例百分制計算筆(bi)(bi)試(shi)(shi)總成績(ji),筆(bi)(bi)試(shi)(shi)總成績(ji)保留(liu)到小(xiao)數點后兩(liang)位(wei)數,尾數四(si)舍五入。公共基(ji)礎(chu)(chu)知(zhi)識主要包(bao)括政治經濟理論(lun)、思想品德、法律常識、時政方針等知(zhi)識。

2、進(jin)入面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)的確(que)(que)定(ding)(ding)。筆(bi)(bi)試(shi)(shi)結(jie)束后(hou),根據筆(bi)(bi)試(shi)(shi)結(jie)果確(que)(que)定(ding)(ding)筆(bi)(bi)試(shi)(shi)合(he)格(ge)線。在筆(bi)(bi)試(shi)(shi)成績合(he)格(ge)線內,進(jin)入面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)數由(you)高分到(dao)低分按以下比(bi)(bi)例(li)確(que)(que)定(ding)(ding):崗(gang)位計劃(hua)在5(含(han))人(ren)(ren)(ren)以下的,按1:3的比(bi)(bi)例(li)確(que)(que)定(ding)(ding)進(jin)入面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)范圍人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan),6-12(含(han))人(ren)(ren)(ren)的,按1:2的比(bi)(bi)例(li)確(que)(que)定(ding)(ding)進(jin)入面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)范圍人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan),13人(ren)(ren)(ren)以上(shang)的,按1:1.5的比(bi)(bi)例(li)確(que)(que)定(ding)(ding)進(jin)入面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)范圍人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)。筆(bi)(bi)試(shi)(shi)合(he)格(ge)人(ren)(ren)(ren)數出現空(kong)缺(que)的崗(gang)位,取消聘(pin)用(yong)計劃(hua);達(da)不到(dao)規定(ding)(ding)比(bi)(bi)例(li)的,按實有合(he)格(ge)人(ren)(ren)(ren)數確(que)(que)定(ding)(ding)進(jin)入面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)范圍。筆(bi)(bi)試(shi)(shi)成績、進(jin)入面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)名單及(ji)面(mian)(mian)試(shi)(shi)時間、地點(dian)等(deng)有關事(shi)項,將在網上(shang)公(gong)布。

(二)面試

面(mian)試由福山區人力資源和社會保(bao)障局會同相關單位組織。進入面(mian)試人員按照魯(lu)價(jia)費(fei)函〔2008〕13號(hao)文(wen)件(jian)的規定繳納(na)面(mian)試考(kao)務費(fei)70元。享受減免筆試考(kao)務費(fei)的人員,經本人申(shen)請,可免繳面(mian)試考(kao)務費(fei)。

面試(shi)(shi)根據崗位特點,采取(qu)結構化面試(shi)(shi)、綜(zong)合素(su)質答辯、專業(ye)技能(neng)考評等不(bu)同(tong)方式(shi)進行(xing),主要考察(cha)報(bao)考人(ren)員的(de)綜(zong)合素(su)質和專業(ye)工作技能(neng)。面試(shi)(shi)實行(xing)百分制,成績保留到小數點后(hou)兩位數,尾(wei)數四舍五入,本場面試(shi)(shi)結束后(hou)公(gong)布。為保證人(ren)員素(su)質,面試(shi)(shi)成績不(bu)足60分的(de)不(bu)予聘用。面試(shi)(shi)的(de)其他具(ju)體(ti)事(shi)宜,另行(xing)通知。

面試(shi)結束后(hou),按(an)筆試(shi)、面試(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)5:5的比例計算考(kao)(kao)(kao)試(shi)總成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)。根據考(kao)(kao)(kao)試(shi)總成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji),分(fen)崗位由高(gao)分(fen)到低分(fen)按(an)照(zhao)1:1比例確定(ding)(ding)進入體(ti)檢(jian)(jian)、考(kao)(kao)(kao)核范圍人(ren)員。如同(tong)一崗位中(zhong)出現(xian)應考(kao)(kao)(kao)人(ren)員考(kao)(kao)(kao)試(shi)總成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)相同(tong)且影響聘用的,以筆試(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)排(pai)序(xu),筆試(shi)成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)仍(reng)相同(tong)的,依次按(an)博(bo)士、碩(shuo)士、省(sheng)級優秀畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)、211工程院校畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)、普通院校畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)的順序(xu)排(pai)序(xu),仍(reng)不能(neng)確定(ding)(ding),則組織專(zhuan)家重新命題對總成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)相同(tong)的人(ren)員進行面試(shi),并以重新面試(shi)后(hou)的總成(cheng)(cheng)績(ji)排(pai)序(xu)確定(ding)(ding)進入體(ti)檢(jian)(jian)、考(kao)(kao)(kao)核人(ren)選。進入體(ti)檢(jian)(jian)、考(kao)(kao)(kao)核范圍人(ren)員名單在(zai)網上公布。

五、體檢與考核

成立考(kao)核(he)(he)(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)作小(xiao)組,每組由2名以(yi)上工(gong)(gong)作人(ren)員組成,具(ju)體負責(ze)考(kao)核(he)(he)(he)(he)工(gong)(gong)作。考(kao)核(he)(he)(he)(he)按照德才兼備的(de)標準(zhun),根據招聘崗位(wei)的(de)要(yao)求,全面了(le)解被考(kao)核(he)(he)(he)(he)對(dui)(dui)象(xiang)的(de)政治思想(xiang)、道德品質(zhi)(zhi)、能力素質(zhi)(zhi)、學習和(he)工(gong)(gong)作表現、遵紀守法、廉(lian)潔自律(lv)以(yi)及是(shi)否(fou)需要(yao)回避等方面的(de)情(qing)況,并(bing)對(dui)(dui)考(kao)核(he)(he)(he)(he)對(dui)(dui)象(xiang)進行(xing)資格復審。如經考(kao)核(he)(he)(he)(he)不(bu)合格或發現在應聘過程中有(you)弄虛作假等違反《招聘簡章(zhang)》規(gui)定(ding)(ding)的(de)行(xing)為,不(bu)予聘用或取消聘用。考(kao)核(he)(he)(he)(he)小(xiao)組要(yao)實事求是(shi)、客觀公正地評價被考(kao)核(he)(he)(he)(he)對(dui)(dui)象(xiang),并(bing)寫(xie)出(chu)書(shu)面考(kao)核(he)(he)(he)(he)意(yi)見(jian)。國家(jia)對(dui)(dui)招聘崗位(wei)考(kao)核(he)(he)(he)(he)標準(zhun)另有(you)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)的(de),從其(qi)規(gui)定(ding)(ding)。

六、聘用

經體檢、考核合格的(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan),經審查人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)事檔(dang)案或有關材料(liao)后(hou),符合本《招(zhao)聘(pin)簡(jian)章(zhang)》規(gui)定(ding)(ding)的(de),在網上公(gong)示(shi)(shi),公(gong)示(shi)(shi)期(qi)(qi)7個工作日。公(gong)示(shi)(shi)期(qi)(qi)滿無異議的(de),根據擬聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)情(qing)況和用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)單位(wei)行業(ye)特點、人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)結構等(deng)情(qing)況,由(you)組(zu)織(zhi)、人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)社部(bu)門統(tong)一研究確(que)定(ding)(ding)分(fen)配去(qu)向,擬聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)必須服從組(zu)織(zhi)分(fen)配,否則,取消聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)資格。分(fen)配去(qu)向確(que)定(ding)(ding)后(hou),按相(xiang)關規(gui)定(ding)(ding)辦理聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)手續(xu),用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)單位(wei)按規(gui)定(ding)(ding)與受聘(pin)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)簽(qian)訂聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)合同。受聘(pin)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)按規(gui)定(ding)(ding)實行試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)制度,試用(yong)(yong)期(qi)(qi)不合格的(de)解除聘(pin)用(yong)(yong)合同,進(jin)入人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才市場自主擇(ze)業(ye)。

對體(ti)檢考核不合(he)格、棄權、不能在規定的時間報到或其他(ta)原因(yin)造成的崗位(wei)空缺,不再遞補其他(ta)人員。

七、其他

應聘人員(yuan)在報考(kao)期間要保持(chi)24小時通訊暢通,并及時了解招聘網站(zhan)發布的最新信(xin)息(xi),因(yin)本人原因(yin)錯過(guo)重要信(xin)息(xi)而影響考(kao)試聘用(yong)的,責任自(zi)負。
