根據山(shan)東省人(ren)(ren)社廳勞動用(yong)(yong)工需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)統(tong)計數字(zi)顯示,二季度進入(ru)各級(ji)公共人(ren)(ren)力(li)資(zi)源市場的用(yong)(yong)人(ren)(ren)單位對(dui)人(ren)(ren)力(li)資(zi)源的總需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)86.4萬(wan)人(ren)(ren),市場總供給70.4萬(wan)人(ren)(ren),全省求(qiu)人(ren)(ren)倍率為1.23,企業用(yong)(yong)工缺口16萬(wan)人(ren)(ren)。
據山(shan)東省人社廳(ting)相關(guan)負責人介紹,求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)人倍率是勞動力市(shi)場需求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)人數(shu)(shu)與求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)職(zhi)人數(shu)(shu)之比,它表明(ming)了勞動力市(shi)場中(zhong)每個崗位需求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)所對(dui)應的求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)職(zhi)人數(shu)(shu)。如(ru)果求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)人倍率大于1,說明(ming)人才供不(bu)應求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu);如(ru)果求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)人倍率小于1,說明(ming)職(zhi)位供不(bu)應求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)。
從求(qiu)人(ren)倍(bei)(bei)率(lv)情況(kuang)看,全(quan)省求(qiu)人(ren)倍(bei)(bei)率(lv)為1.23,各市(shi)均大于1。與去(qu)年同期(qi)相比(bi),全(quan)省求(qiu)人(ren)倍(bei)(bei)率(lv)減少(shao)0.05。當前企業(ye)缺工現(xian)象依(yi)然存在,但企業(ye)提供的崗位與求(qiu)職人(ren)員(yuan)之間(jian)的匹配(pei)率(lv)和求(qiu)職成功率(lv)較低(di)。
從產業(ye)(ye)需求情(qing)況看,二、三(san)產業(ye)(ye)分別需求38.1萬(wan)(wan)人和45.9萬(wan)(wan)人,占市(shi)場(chang)總需求的44.07%和53.11%。
從不(bu)同類(lei)型職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)的供(gong)求(qiu)總體情(qing)況來看,全省企業(ye)(ye)用(yong)(yong)工仍主要集中在生(sheng)產制造和服務型行業(ye)(ye),商業(ye)(ye)和服務業(ye)(ye)人(ren)員、生(sheng)產運輸設備操(cao)作(zuo)工用(yong)(yong)工缺口較大,分別缺工6.3萬(wan)人(ren)和6.9萬(wan)人(ren)。除辦事人(ren)員和有關人(ren)員依然供(gong)大于求(qiu)外,其他(ta)各類(lei)人(ren)員均供(gong)不(bu)應(ying)求(qiu)。
目前,山東省需求缺(que)口最(zui)大的十個職業為:機械(xie)冷加(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)、推(tui)(tui)銷展銷人(ren)員(yuan)、餐(can)廳服務員(yuan)、裁剪縫紉工(gong)(gong)、紡織針織印染工(gong)(gong)、電子(zi)元件(jian)器件(jian)制造工(gong)(gong)、機械(xie)熱加(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)、營(ying)業人(ren)員(yuan)、化工(gong)(gong)產品生產工(gong)(gong)、機械(xie)設(she)備維修工(gong)(gong),這十類普遍(bian)供不應求。從需求缺(que)口上(shang)看,其中機械(xie)冷加(jia)工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)、推(tui)(tui)銷展銷人(ren)員(yuan)缺(que)口較大,分別為11690人(ren)和8104人(ren)。
而機(ji)(ji)動車駕駛(shi)員、財會人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員、秘書打字員、行(xing)政(zheng)辦公人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員、保(bao)管人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員、計(ji)算(suan)機(ji)(ji)工程(cheng)技術人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員、治安(an)保(bao)衛人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員、部門經理、其(qi)他行(xing)政(zheng)辦公人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員、機(ji)(ji)械(xie)工程(cheng)技術人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)員普遍供過(guo)于(yu)求,是省目前人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)力資源需求小于(yu)求職(zhi)缺(que)口(kou)最大的(de)十個職(zhi)業(ye)。
今年二季度(du),除(chu)45歲(sui)以(yi)上求(qiu)(qiu)人倍率小(xiao)于1外,其他各年齡(ling)段求(qiu)(qiu)職者求(qiu)(qiu)人倍率均大(da)于1。從年齡(ling)結構上看,16歲(sui)-34歲(sui)之間的企業(ye)用工需求(qiu)(qiu)比重(zhong)依然(ran)較(jiao)大(da),35歲(sui)以(yi)上隨著年齡(ling)的增(zeng)長(chang),供(gong)求(qiu)(qiu)雙(shuang)方逐漸減少,企業(ye)用工需求(qiu)(qiu)明顯降(jiang)低。全省求(qiu)(qiu)職人員中(zhong)城鎮新(xin)成(cheng)長(chang)失業(ye)青年依然(ran)居首,其中(zhong)應(ying)屆高校畢業(ye)生在(zai)城鎮新(xin)成(cheng)長(chang)失業(ye)青年中(zhong)持續占有(you)較(jiao)大(da)比例。
