根據山東省人(ren)社(she)廳勞動用(yong)(yong)工(gong)需(xu)求統計數字顯示,二季度(du)進(jin)入各級公(gong)共人(ren)力資源市(shi)場(chang)的用(yong)(yong)人(ren)單位對(dui)人(ren)力資源的總需(xu)求86.4萬人(ren),市(shi)場(chang)總供給70.4萬人(ren),全(quan)省求人(ren)倍率(lv)為1.23,企業用(yong)(yong)工(gong)缺口16萬人(ren)。
據山東省人(ren)(ren)(ren)社(she)廳相關負責人(ren)(ren)(ren)介紹,求(qiu)(qiu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)倍率(lv)是勞動(dong)力市場需(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)數(shu)與求(qiu)(qiu)職(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)數(shu)之比,它表明了勞動(dong)力市場中(zhong)每個(ge)崗位需(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)所對應(ying)的求(qiu)(qiu)職(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)數(shu)。如(ru)果求(qiu)(qiu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)倍率(lv)大于1,說(shuo)明人(ren)(ren)(ren)才供不應(ying)求(qiu)(qiu);如(ru)果求(qiu)(qiu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)倍率(lv)小于1,說(shuo)明職(zhi)(zhi)位供不應(ying)求(qiu)(qiu)。
從求(qiu)(qiu)人(ren)倍率(lv)情況看,全省(sheng)求(qiu)(qiu)人(ren)倍率(lv)為(wei)1.23,各市均大于(yu)1。與去年同期(qi)相比,全省(sheng)求(qiu)(qiu)人(ren)倍率(lv)減少(shao)0.05。當(dang)前企業缺工現象依然(ran)存在,但企業提供的(de)(de)崗位與求(qiu)(qiu)職(zhi)人(ren)員(yuan)之間的(de)(de)匹配率(lv)和求(qiu)(qiu)職(zhi)成(cheng)功率(lv)較低(di)。
從產業需求(qiu)情況看,二、三(san)產業分別需求(qiu)38.1萬(wan)人和(he)45.9萬(wan)人,占市場(chang)總需求(qiu)的44.07%和(he)53.11%。
從(cong)不(bu)同類型職業(ye)的供(gong)求總體(ti)情(qing)況來(lai)看(kan),全省企業(ye)用工仍主要集中在生產制造(zao)和服務(wu)(wu)型行業(ye),商業(ye)和服務(wu)(wu)業(ye)人員、生產運輸設備操作工用工缺口較(jiao)大,分別缺工6.3萬人和6.9萬人。除辦(ban)事人員和有(you)關人員依然(ran)供(gong)大于求外,其他各類人員均供(gong)不(bu)應求。
目前,山東省需求缺(que)口(kou)最大的(de)十個職業(ye)(ye)為:機(ji)械(xie)(xie)冷加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)、推銷(xiao)展(zhan)銷(xiao)人(ren)(ren)員、餐(can)廳(ting)服務員、裁剪縫(feng)紉工(gong)(gong)、紡織(zhi)針(zhen)織(zhi)印染工(gong)(gong)、電子元(yuan)件器(qi)件制造(zao)工(gong)(gong)、機(ji)械(xie)(xie)熱加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)、營業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)員、化(hua)工(gong)(gong)產(chan)品(pin)生產(chan)工(gong)(gong)、機(ji)械(xie)(xie)設備維修工(gong)(gong),這(zhe)十類普遍供(gong)不應(ying)求。從需求缺(que)口(kou)上看,其中(zhong)機(ji)械(xie)(xie)冷加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)、推銷(xiao)展(zhan)銷(xiao)人(ren)(ren)員缺(que)口(kou)較大,分別為11690人(ren)(ren)和8104人(ren)(ren)。
而機(ji)動(dong)車駕駛員(yuan)(yuan)、財(cai)會人員(yuan)(yuan)、秘書打字員(yuan)(yuan)、行(xing)(xing)政辦(ban)公人員(yuan)(yuan)、保管人員(yuan)(yuan)、計(ji)算機(ji)工程技(ji)術人員(yuan)(yuan)、治安保衛(wei)人員(yuan)(yuan)、部門經理、其他行(xing)(xing)政辦(ban)公人員(yuan)(yuan)、機(ji)械(xie)工程技(ji)術人員(yuan)(yuan)普(pu)遍(bian)供過于(yu)(yu)求,是省目(mu)前人力資(zi)源(yuan)需(xu)求小于(yu)(yu)求職缺口最(zui)大的十個職業。
今年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)二季度,除45歲以上求(qiu)(qiu)人倍(bei)率小于1外,其(qi)(qi)他各年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)齡(ling)段求(qiu)(qiu)職者求(qiu)(qiu)人倍(bei)率均(jun)大(da)于1。從年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)齡(ling)結構(gou)上看,16歲-34歲之間的企業(ye)(ye)用工需求(qiu)(qiu)比重(zhong)依(yi)然(ran)較大(da),35歲以上隨著年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)齡(ling)的增長,供求(qiu)(qiu)雙方逐漸減少,企業(ye)(ye)用工需求(qiu)(qiu)明顯降低(di)。全省求(qiu)(qiu)職人員中(zhong)城鎮(zhen)新(xin)成(cheng)長失(shi)業(ye)(ye)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)依(yi)然(ran)居首,其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)應(ying)屆高校畢業(ye)(ye)生在城鎮(zhen)新(xin)成(cheng)長失(shi)業(ye)(ye)青(qing)年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)中(zhong)持續(xu)占有(you)較大(da)比例。
