根據山東省(sheng)人(ren)社廳勞動用工需求(qiu)統(tong)計數(shu)字顯示,二季度進入各級公共人(ren)力資源市場的(de)用人(ren)單位對人(ren)力資源的(de)總(zong)需求(qiu)86.4萬人(ren),市場總(zong)供給70.4萬人(ren),全(quan)省(sheng)求(qiu)人(ren)倍(bei)率為1.23,企業用工缺口16萬人(ren)。
據山東省人(ren)(ren)社(she)廳相關(guan)負責人(ren)(ren)介紹,求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)人(ren)(ren)倍率(lv)是勞動(dong)力市場(chang)需求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)人(ren)(ren)數與求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)職(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)(ren)數之(zhi)比(bi),它表明(ming)了(le)勞動(dong)力市場(chang)中每個崗(gang)位需求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)所對應的求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)職(zhi)(zhi)人(ren)(ren)數。如果求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)人(ren)(ren)倍率(lv)大于1,說明(ming)人(ren)(ren)才供不(bu)應求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu);如果求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)人(ren)(ren)倍率(lv)小于1,說明(ming)職(zhi)(zhi)位供不(bu)應求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)。
從求(qiu)人倍(bei)率情況看,全(quan)省求(qiu)人倍(bei)率為(wei)1.23,各市均大于1。與去年同期相比,全(quan)省求(qiu)人倍(bei)率減少0.05。當前企業缺工(gong)現象(xiang)依然存在,但企業提供的(de)(de)崗位與求(qiu)職人員之間(jian)的(de)(de)匹配率和求(qiu)職成功率較低。
從產業(ye)需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)情(qing)況看,二、三產業(ye)分別需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)38.1萬人和45.9萬人,占市場總需(xu)(xu)求(qiu)(qiu)的44.07%和53.11%。
從(cong)不(bu)同(tong)類(lei)型職業的供(gong)求(qiu)總體(ti)情況來(lai)看,全省(sheng)企業用(yong)工(gong)仍主要集(ji)中在生產制造和(he)(he)(he)服(fu)務型行(xing)業,商業和(he)(he)(he)服(fu)務業人(ren)員(yuan)、生產運輸設備操作(zuo)工(gong)用(yong)工(gong)缺(que)口較大(da),分(fen)別缺(que)工(gong)6.3萬(wan)人(ren)和(he)(he)(he)6.9萬(wan)人(ren)。除辦事人(ren)員(yuan)和(he)(he)(he)有(you)關(guan)人(ren)員(yuan)依(yi)然供(gong)大(da)于求(qiu)外,其他各類(lei)人(ren)員(yuan)均供(gong)不(bu)應求(qiu)。
目前,山東省(sheng)需求(qiu)缺口最大的十(shi)個(ge)職業(ye)為(wei):機(ji)械(xie)(xie)冷加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)、推(tui)銷展銷人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)、餐廳服務員(yuan)(yuan)、裁(cai)剪縫(feng)紉工(gong)(gong)、紡織針織印染工(gong)(gong)、電子元件器件制造工(gong)(gong)、機(ji)械(xie)(xie)熱加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)、營(ying)業(ye)人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)、化(hua)工(gong)(gong)產(chan)品生產(chan)工(gong)(gong)、機(ji)械(xie)(xie)設備維修工(gong)(gong),這(zhe)十(shi)類普遍供不應求(qiu)。從需求(qiu)缺口上(shang)看(kan),其中(zhong)機(ji)械(xie)(xie)冷加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)、推(tui)銷展銷人(ren)員(yuan)(yuan)缺口較大,分別為(wei)11690人(ren)和8104人(ren)。
而(er)機(ji)動(dong)車駕駛員(yuan)、財(cai)會人(ren)員(yuan)、秘(mi)書打(da)字員(yuan)、行(xing)政辦(ban)公人(ren)員(yuan)、保(bao)管人(ren)員(yuan)、計(ji)算機(ji)工程技術人(ren)員(yuan)、治安保(bao)衛人(ren)員(yuan)、部門經理(li)、其他行(xing)政辦(ban)公人(ren)員(yuan)、機(ji)械工程技術人(ren)員(yuan)普遍供過于(yu)求,是省目前人(ren)力資源需求小于(yu)求職缺口最大的(de)十個職業。
今年(nian)二(er)季(ji)度,除(chu)45歲以(yi)上求(qiu)(qiu)人倍率小于1外,其他各年(nian)齡段求(qiu)(qiu)職(zhi)者求(qiu)(qiu)人倍率均大于1。從(cong)年(nian)齡結構上看,16歲-34歲之間的企業用工(gong)需求(qiu)(qiu)比重依然較(jiao)大,35歲以(yi)上隨(sui)著年(nian)齡的增長,供求(qiu)(qiu)雙方逐漸減少(shao),企業用工(gong)需求(qiu)(qiu)明顯降低。全省求(qiu)(qiu)職(zhi)人員(yuan)中(zhong)城鎮新成長失(shi)(shi)業青(qing)年(nian)依然居(ju)首,其中(zhong)應屆高校(xiao)畢(bi)業生在城鎮新成長失(shi)(shi)業青(qing)年(nian)中(zhong)持續占(zhan)有(you)較(jiao)大比例(li)。
