答 《工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)支付(fu)暫行規(gui)定》規(gui)定,用人(ren)單位依法安排勞動(dong)者(zhe)在(zai)標(biao)準工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作時間以(yi)外工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de),應當(dang)按照下列標(biao)準支付(fu)勞動(dong)者(zhe)加(jia)(jia)班工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi): (1)在(zai)日(ri)(ri)標(biao)準工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作時間以(yi)外延長工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作時間的(de),按照不(bu)低(di)于(yu)小時工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)基(ji)數(shu)的(de)150%支付(fu)加(jia)(jia)班工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi); (2)在(zai)休(xiu)息(xi)日(ri)(ri)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de),應當(dang)安排其同等時間的(de)補(bu)休(xiu),不(bu)能安排補(bu)休(xiu)的(de),按照不(bu)低(di)于(yu)日(ri)(ri)或者(zhe)小時工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)基(ji)數(shu)的(de)200%支付(fu)加(jia)(jia)班工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi); (3)在(zai)法定休(xiu)假日(ri)(ri)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de),應當(dang)按照不(bu)低(di)于(yu)日(ri)(ri)或者(zhe)小時工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)基(ji)數(shu)的(de)300%支付(fu)加(jia)(jia)班工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)。
