公司以未完成銷售額為由拒付工資合法嗎?

答 《勞動(dong)(dong)合同法》第20條規(gui)定:“勞動(dong)(dong)者在(zai)試用期(qi)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)不(bu)得(de)低(di)于本單(dan)位(wei)相(xiang)同崗位(wei) 最低(di)檔工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)或(huo)者勞動(dong)(dong)合同約(yue)定工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)(de)百分之八(ba)十,并不(bu)得(de)低(di)于用人單(dan)位(wei)所(suo)(suo)在(zai)地的(de)(de)(de)最 低(di)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)標準。”你(ni)雖然未完成銷售額,但(dan)是已經付(fu)出努(nu)力和(he)常常勞動(dong)(dong),公(gong)司付(fu)給你(ni)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)也不(bu)得(de)低(di)于所(suo)(suo)在(zai)地的(de)(de)(de)最低(di)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)標準,拒付(fu)工(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)是不(bu)合理的(de)(de)(de)。
