公司以未完成銷售額為由拒付工資合法嗎?

《勞(lao)(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)法》第(di)20條規定(ding)(ding):“勞(lao)(lao)動者在試(shi)用(yong)期的工(gong)(gong)資(zi)不得(de)(de)低(di)(di)于本單位相同(tong)(tong)崗位 最(zui)低(di)(di)檔工(gong)(gong)資(zi)或者勞(lao)(lao)動合(he)同(tong)(tong)約定(ding)(ding)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)的百(bai)分之八十,并不得(de)(de)低(di)(di)于用(yong)人(ren)單位所(suo)在地的最(zui) 低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標準。”你雖然未(wei)完成銷售額,但(dan)是(shi)已經(jing)付(fu)出努(nu)力(li)和(he)常(chang)常(chang)勞(lao)(lao)動,公司付(fu)給你的工(gong)(gong)資(zi)也(ye)不得(de)(de)低(di)(di)于所(suo)在地的最(zui)低(di)(di)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標準,拒付(fu)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)是(shi)不合(he)理的。
