試用期員工的工資可以低于當地最低工資標準嗎?

我(wo)是一名(ming)試用(yong)期員工(gong)(gong),單位(wei)說試用(yong)期工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)800元,可這還如當(dang)地(di)最低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)標準高呀,請問試用(yong)期員工(gong)(gong)的工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)可以低于當(dang)地(di)最低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)(zi)標準嗎?

不(bu)可(ke)以,有相關法律規定,勞(lao)動(dong)者在(zai)試(shi)用期的(de)工(gong)資(zi)不(bu)得低于(yu)本單(dan)位(wei)同崗位(wei)最低檔工(gong)資(zi)或者勞(lao)動(dong)合同約定工(gong)資(zi)的(de)百分之八(ba)十,并不(bu)得低于(yu)用人單(dan)位(wei)所在(zai)地的(de)最低工(gong)資(zi)標準。
