最低工資標準可以包含加班費嗎?

我現在(zai)(zai)是試(shi)用期員工(gong),公司給的工(gong)資(zi)是最低工(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準(zhun),清明(ming)節(jie)要加班,我下個月還(huan)在(zai)(zai)試(shi)用期內,想了解(jie)一下最低工(gong)資(zi)標(biao)準(zhun)可(ke)以包含加班費嗎?

職工(gong)(gong)(gong)的最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)(gong)資標準不應包含加(jia)班(ban)(ban)費。 勞動和(he)社會保障部頒(ban)布的《最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)(gong)資規(gui)定》規(gui)定:在(zai)勞動者提供正常勞動的情(qing)況下,用人單位應支付給勞動者的工(gong)(gong)(gong)資,要剔除延長工(gong)(gong)(gong)作時間(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資以(yi)后,不得低于當地最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)(gong)資標準;據此(ci),延長工(gong)(gong)(gong)作時間(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資(即加(jia)班(ban)(ban)費)不能作為最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)(gong)資的組(zu)成部分。
