《勞動法(fa)》第四十四條 有下列情形之(zhi)一的,用人單位應當按照(zhao)下列標準支(zhi)付高(gao)于勞動者(zhe)正常工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時間工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)報(bao)酬(chou)(chou): 一安(an)(an)排勞動者(zhe)延長工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時間的,支(zhi)付不(bu)低(di)(di)于工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)的百(bai)分之(zhi)一百(bai)五十的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)報(bao)酬(chou)(chou); 二休息(xi)日(ri)安(an)(an)排勞動者(zhe)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)又不(bu)能安(an)(an)排補休的,支(zhi)付不(bu)低(di)(di)于工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)的百(bai)分之(zhi)二百(bai)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)報(bao)酬(chou)(chou); 三(san)法(fa)定(ding)休假(jia)日(ri)安(an)(an)排勞動者(zhe)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的,支(zhi)付不(bu)低(di)(di)于工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)的百(bai)分之(zhi)三(san)百(bai)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)報(bao)酬(chou)(chou)。
