《勞(lao)動(dong)法》第四十四條(tiao) 有下列(lie)情(qing)形之一的(de),用人單位應(ying)當按(an)照下列(lie)標(biao)準支付(fu)高(gao)于勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)正常(chang)工(gong)(gong)作時(shi)間工(gong)(gong)資(zi)的(de)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)報酬(chou): 一安(an)排(pai)勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)延長(chang)工(gong)(gong)作時(shi)間的(de),支付(fu)不低于工(gong)(gong)資(zi)的(de)百(bai)(bai)分之一百(bai)(bai)五(wu)十的(de)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)報酬(chou); 二休(xiu)息日(ri)安(an)排(pai)勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)工(gong)(gong)作又不能安(an)排(pai)補休(xiu)的(de),支付(fu)不低于工(gong)(gong)資(zi)的(de)百(bai)(bai)分之二百(bai)(bai)的(de)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)報酬(chou); 三法定休(xiu)假(jia)日(ri)安(an)排(pai)勞(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)工(gong)(gong)作的(de),支付(fu)不低于工(gong)(gong)資(zi)的(de)百(bai)(bai)分之三百(bai)(bai)的(de)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)報酬(chou)。
