答 根(gen)據《中華人民共(gong)和國勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)法(fa)》第九(jiu)十一條的規定,以低于當地最低工資(zi)標準支付(fu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)工資(zi)的,勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)行政部(bu)門應責(ze)令支付(fu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)的工資(zi)報酬、經(jing)濟(ji)補償(chang),并可責(ze)令支付(fu)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)賠償(chang)金(jin)。
