答 《勞動法(fa)(fa)》第四(si)十四(si)條規定:有下列情形之一的(de),用人單位應(ying)當按照下列標準支(zhi)(zhi)付高于(yu)勞動者(zhe)正常工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時間工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的(de)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)報酬(chou)(chou):安(an)(an)排勞動者(zhe)延長工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時間的(de),支(zhi)(zhi)付不(bu)低于(yu)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的(de)150%的(de)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)報酬(chou)(chou);休息(xi)日安(an)(an)排勞動者(zhe)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)又不(bu)能安(an)(an)排補休的(de),支(zhi)(zhi)付不(bu)低于(yu)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)的(de)200%的(de)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)報酬(chou)(chou);法(fa)(fa)定休假日安(an)(an)排勞動者(zhe)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de),支(zhi)(zhi)付不(bu)低于(yu)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)300%的(de)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)(zi)報酬(chou)(chou)。
