企業應如何支付加班工資?

答 首(shou)先安排(pai)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)在(zai)日(ri)(ri)法定標(biao)準工(gong)作時(shi)間(jian)(jian)以外延長工(gong)作時(shi)間(jian)(jian)的(de),按照(zhao)(zhao)不低于(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)本(ben)人(ren)小時(shi)工(gong)資(zi)的(de)150%支(zhi)付(fu);其次安排(pai)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)在(zai)休(xiu)息日(ri)(ri)工(gong)作,而又不能安排(pai)補休(xiu)的(de),按照(zhao)(zhao)不低于(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)本(ben)人(ren)日(ri)(ri)或小時(shi)工(gong)資(zi)的(de)200%支(zhi)付(fu);最后安排(pai)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)在(zai)法定休(xiu)假(jia)節日(ri)(ri)工(gong)作的(de),按照(zhao)(zhao)不低于(yu)勞(lao)動(dong)(dong)者(zhe)本(ben)人(ren)日(ri)(ri)或小時(shi)工(gong)資(zi)的(de)300%支(zhi)付(fu)。
