企業應如何支付加班工資?
問 我是單(dan)位(wei)(wei)員(yuan)工,單(dan)位(wei)(wei)平時安排加班(ban)或者節假日加班(ban),都是給員(yuan)工安排補休,不支付加班(ban)工資(zi),請問(wen)政策上是如何規定的?
答 首先(xian)安(an)排(pai)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)在日(ri)法定標準(zhun)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)間以(yi)外延長工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)時(shi)(shi)間的(de),按(an)(an)照不低于(yu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)本(ben)人(ren)小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)工(gong)資(zi)的(de)150%支(zhi)(zhi)付;其次(ci)安(an)排(pai)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)在休息(xi)日(ri)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),而(er)又(you)不能安(an)排(pai)補休的(de),按(an)(an)照不低于(yu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)本(ben)人(ren)日(ri)或(huo)小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)工(gong)資(zi)的(de)200%支(zhi)(zhi)付;最后安(an)排(pai)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)在法定休假(jia)節日(ri)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de),按(an)(an)照不低于(yu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)者(zhe)本(ben)人(ren)日(ri)或(huo)小(xiao)時(shi)(shi)工(gong)資(zi)的(de)300%支(zhi)(zhi)付。
