企業應如何支付加班工資?

答 首先安(an)(an)排勞動(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)在(zai)日法定標準(zhun)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)以外延(yan)長工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de),按(an)照不(bu)低于勞動(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)本(ben)人(ren)(ren)小時(shi)工(gong)(gong)資的(de)(de)(de)150%支付(fu);其次安(an)(an)排勞動(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)在(zai)休息日工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),而又(you)不(bu)能(neng)安(an)(an)排補休的(de)(de)(de),按(an)照不(bu)低于勞動(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)本(ben)人(ren)(ren)日或小時(shi)工(gong)(gong)資的(de)(de)(de)200%支付(fu);最后安(an)(an)排勞動(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)在(zai)法定休假節(jie)日工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de),按(an)照不(bu)低于勞動(dong)者(zhe)(zhe)本(ben)人(ren)(ren)日或小時(shi)工(gong)(gong)資的(de)(de)(de)300%支付(fu)。
