根據《職工(gong)(gong)帶(dai)薪(xin)年(nian)休(xiu)假條例》規(gui)定,機關、團體、企業(ye)、事業(ye)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)、民辦非企業(ye)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)、有雇工(gong)(gong)的(de)個體工(gong)(gong)商戶等(deng)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)的(de)職工(gong)(gong),連續工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)1年(nian)以上的(de),就可享(xiang)受帶(dai)薪(xin)年(nian)休(xiu)假。職工(gong)(gong)在年(nian)休(xiu)假期(qi)間,單(dan)(dan)位(wei)也應當保(bao)證職工(gong)(gong)享(xiang)受與正常(chang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)期(qi)間相同(tong)的(de)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)收入(ru)。
