答(da) 職工(gong)(gong)(gong)連續工(gong)(gong)(gong)作滿12個月以上的,享受(shou)帶薪年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)。年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)天(tian)(tian)數根據職工(gong)(gong)(gong)累計工(gong)(gong)(gong)作時間(jian)確定,其中(zhong)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)累計工(gong)(gong)(gong)作已(yi)(yi)滿1年(nian)(nian)不(bu)滿10年(nian)(nian)的,年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)5天(tian)(tian);已(yi)(yi)滿10年(nian)(nian)不(bu)滿20年(nian)(nian)的,年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)10天(tian)(tian);已(yi)(yi)滿20年(nian)(nian)的,年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)15天(tian)(tian)。在年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)期間(jian),職工(gong)(gong)(gong)享受(shou)與正常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作期間(jian)相同(tong)的工(gong)(gong)(gong)資收(shou)(shou)入。對職工(gong)(gong)(gong)應休(xiu)未休(xiu)的年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)天(tian)(tian)數,用人單(dan)位應當按照該職工(gong)(gong)(gong)日工(gong)(gong)(gong)資收(shou)(shou)入的300%支付(fu)年(nian)(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)資報酬。
