答 按(an)照《企業(ye)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷(shang)保險試行辦法》規定職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)因工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)遭(zao)受(shou)事故傷(shang)害(hai)或者患職(zhi)業(ye)病需要暫停(ting)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)接受(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷(shang)醫療的,在(zai)停(ting)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)留(liu)薪(xin)期內,原工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資福利待(dai)遇不變,由所在(zai)單位按(an)月(yue)支付。這(zhe)就是(shi)停(ting)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)留(liu)薪(xin)期。條款(kuan)規定:“停(ting)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)留(liu)薪(xin)期一般不超過12個月(yue)。傷(shang)情嚴重或者情況(kuang)特殊,經設區的市級勞(lao)動(dong)能力鑒定委員會確認,可以適當延長(chang),但延長(chang)不得超過12個月(yue)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷(shang)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)評定傷(shang)殘等級后,停(ting)發原待(dai)遇。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷(shang)職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)在(zai)停(ting)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)留(liu)薪(xin)期滿后仍需治療的,繼(ji)續享(xiang)受(shou)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)傷(shang)醫療待(dai)遇。”
