答 根據《勞(lao)動法》及《關于(yu)貫徹執行中華人民共(gong)和國勞(lao)動法若干問(wen)題的意(yi)見(jian)》,職工(gong)(gong)患病(bing)或非因工(gong)(gong)負傷(shang)治療(liao)期間,在規定的醫療(liao)期內由企(qi)業按(an)有關規定支付其病(bing)假工(gong)(gong)資或疾(ji)病(bing)救濟費,病(bing)假工(gong)(gong)資或疾(ji)病(bing)救濟費可以低(di)于(yu)當地最低(di)工(gong)(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun)支付,但不能(neng)低(di)于(yu)最低(di)工(gong)(gong)資標(biao)準(zhun)的80%。
