答 用(yong)人單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)在(zai)休(xiu)息日(ri)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)排(pai)勞動(dong)者加(jia)班(ban)的,可(ke)以(yi)首先安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)排(pai)勞動(dong)者補休(xiu),在(zai)無法安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)排(pai)補休(xiu)時,應當(dang)支付加(jia)班(ban)費。但(dan)是,對于用(yong)人單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)排(pai)延(yan)時加(jia)班(ban)和法定節假(jia)日(ri)加(jia)班(ban),就不能以(yi)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)排(pai)補休(xiu)為由拒絕支付勞動(dong)者的加(jia)班(ban)工資(zi),用(yong)人單(dan)(dan)(dan)位(wei)必須(xu)按照日(ri)工資(zi)基數的150%或300%支付加(jia)班(ban)工資(zi)。
