答(da) 根據《勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)法》第(di)六十(shi)八條的規(gui)定(ding),非全日(ri)制用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong),是指以小時(shi)(shi)計(ji)酬(chou)為主、勞(lao)動(dong)者在同(tong)(tong)一用(yong)(yong)人單位一般平均每日(ri)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)間不(bu)(bu)超(chao)過四(si)小時(shi)(shi),每周工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)時(shi)(shi)間累計(ji)不(bu)(bu)超(chao)過二十(shi)四(si)小時(shi)(shi)的用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)形(xing)式。非全日(ri)制用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)勞(lao)動(dong)者同(tong)(tong)樣(yang)受最(zui)低工(gong)(gong)資(zi)保障(zhang),《勞(lao)動(dong)合(he)同(tong)(tong)法》規(gui)定(ding):非全日(ri)制用(yong)(yong)工(gong)(gong)小時(shi)(shi)計(ji)酬(chou)標準(zhun)不(bu)(bu)得低于用(yong)(yong)人單位所在地人民(min)政府規(gui)定(ding)的最(zui)低小時(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)資(zi)標準(zhun)。
