非全日制用工適用最低工資嗎?

我們公司的用(yong)工(gong)制度是非(fei)全日制用(yong)工(gong),想咨詢一下(xia),非(fei)全日制用(yong)工(gong)適用(yong)最低工(gong)資(zi)嗎?

根據《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)法(fa)》第六(liu)十八條的(de)規(gui)定(ding),非全日(ri)制(zhi)用工(gong),是指(zhi)以小(xiao)時計(ji)酬(chou)(chou)為主、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者在同(tong)一用人(ren)單位(wei)一般(ban)平(ping)均每日(ri)工(gong)作(zuo)時間(jian)不超(chao)過四小(xiao)時,每周(zhou)工(gong)作(zuo)時間(jian)累計(ji)不超(chao)過二十四小(xiao)時的(de)用工(gong)形式(shi)。非全日(ri)制(zhi)用工(gong)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)者同(tong)樣受最(zui)低工(gong)資(zi)保障,《勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)合同(tong)法(fa)》規(gui)定(ding):非全日(ri)制(zhi)用工(gong)小(xiao)時計(ji)酬(chou)(chou)標準不得低于(yu)用人(ren)單位(wei)所在地(di)人(ren)民政府(fu)規(gui)定(ding)的(de)最(zui)低小(xiao)時工(gong)資(zi)標準。
