如果實在(zai)無法(fa)安(an)(an)排年(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia),根據《職(zhi)工(gong)帶薪(xin)年(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)條例(li)》的規定:"單(dan)位確因(yin)工(gong)作需要不(bu)能安(an)(an)排職(zhi)工(gong)休(xiu)年(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)的,經職(zhi)工(gong)本人同意(yi),可以不(bu)安(an)(an)排職(zhi)工(gong)休(xiu)年(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)。對(dui)職(zhi)工(gong)應休(xiu)未休(xiu)的年(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)天數(shu),單(dan)位應當按照該職(zhi)工(gong)日工(gong)資收入的300%支(zhi)付年(nian)休(xiu)假(jia)(jia)工(gong)資報(bao)酬。"
